Just over night after adding the pirahna and the plants have changed. Alot of the dark spots thru the roots have disappeared. Lesson learned. It says run this pirahna during the first 2 weeks, so im 1 week late on it. Should i use it for 1 more week anyway?

The pirahna has made a huge difference in both growth and the darkness in the roots. I still have a small amt but that should disappear with time. The girls liked it alot as theyve grown substantially from my last pics. Moved the lights back to 18 inches again and hope to have a betrer update aroumd sunday

Looking better and fresh new roots growing is a good sign but that one pic is still showing bad rot might need to do a little flush and spraying to try and get the last out. And I’m. It sure but it looks like your air lines are going down to the floor, did you bring your air pump up above the water level in the bucket?

Yes my air pump is sitting higher than the bucket lid so its much higher than the water. Long air lines with this setup, they come pre cut.

Well you can always replace and or shorten air lines, have to remember the manifold has it set out put, so adding extra length of air lines reduces pressure found in the “”end point. So maybe for better bubble aeration with PSI it might be better to shorten the lines and keep the pump above water level

Yeah i have tons of bubbles since adding the airstones in thru the pot lid to support the "stock" air system. I have the pump on high, i think the tubing is probly so long because this is an 8 bucket setup but im only running 2. I would love to run all 8 but i just dont have the room in this closet. Im thinking still on a 5Ă—5 tent and running more buckets. Not sure if 8 would grow well in a 5Ă—5. Im still new to this indoor growing, yrs and yrs of outdoor experience though. Ive found that not alot transfers from one to the other. The nutes go up again tomorrow. I should see some huge growth within a week. Theyre starting to stretch just a little since i moved the lights up. Did some minor pruning just to open things up a bit. I had not been payimg attn to my light height and they were at 12 inches so the plants got really dense and bushy although they were less than 3 inches tall. How many plants could i put in a 5Ă—5 and not choke them down? I also like having the extra buckets to change water, i just use a clean bucket and move the lid over. Hoping for better results on this grow.

Im at work right now but the other day i rinsed my roots to get the dark color out, they were all shiney and white sunday, yesterday afternoon the dark spots were back. Im completely convinced that this coloring is from the MICRO in the advanced nutrient 3 part. It rinses right out when i rinse the roots. I see not root damage, jist the coloring. Im thinking this could cause an issue later on though because if the coloring from the nutes is trapped in the root ball then some nutes have to be there also. Could cause nute spikes, possibly, jist gonna have to watch it

Well you will see no growth and nute lockout first and the plant with sag like it’s in soil and has been over water, when you clean the roots are also cleaning the medium along with it?
I understand the nute staining some do that but not like that though.

Plants look super happy, using the the hell out of water. Lots of growth outwards but not upwards which is what i wanted with the early topping and ive been doing some stem snapping because i dont like netting in such a small space. I guess until i cant physically move the plants anymore i will just have to wash this buildup out of the roots. They wash completely white and clean when i do. The buckets are on rolling plant stands so i should be able to move them easily for a while. Its the holding that lid up to rinse the roots thats gonna get harder by the day

Plants are happy, well the bigger one looks like shit where i broke the tops over, but im thinking i shouldve seen more stretching by now. I had the light on 18 inches 100% on the dimmer knob, im thinking this is why i have bushing but not much upward growth. Im not familiar with how jack herer grows. This is all an expirement to me really but i want the best i can get of course. Not just a fuck it kinda thing. I moved the lights up to 24 inches on 100% with each plant having its own sf1000. Really bright in this closet. Hoping the light move will help them go up a little more. I also brought the heat up just a bit, its been about 73 in the day, 68 at night. I pushed it to 78 in the day and 72 at night. Hoping that gets things rolling also. Im judging this plants growth pattern off of the last plants i grew but it was totally different. I saw about an inch of growth in the last day but i notice alot more limbs coming out here n there. I should see a large growth spike in the next week if thes are anywhere near like the super silver hazes were.

Unfortunately the wife put the brakes on the move in procedure lol, i have no 6 inch duct anyway. Both of these plants got split down the middle the other day. I was tieing them down for some LST and they both ripped down the middel but weed is a weed and theyre recovering nicely. They should love tue move to the tent and while im at it im gonna start some haze autos or some G13 fems. Not sure yet. Taking recommendations on which, i have those 2. You can see in the pics where i covered them with grow rocks and they fixed themselves. I can barely tell it happened. It was a complete accident on both the rip them in half.

I’ve never personally done those strains, well maybe the haze depending on what kind. But that pic is of G14 from 420 fast buds and if 13 is anything like that, I bet that would be a nice grow.

I have been wanting to grow the G13, i was worried about space in that closet. I was considering risking them outdoora, but with this tent i have plenty of space.

Finally got moved in the new spider farmer 5Ă—5Ă—80inH grow tent. Humg my 2 spider farmer sf1000 lights and moved these jack herer autos over to their new home. Still monitoring temps and humidity. Im not used to inline fans and such. 6" ac infinity fan and charcoal filter. Sunday they go on 1st week of flower nutes. I cant wait to see what i get

Nice tent and set up, but I gotta ask why are you gonna start a flowering feed when your not even into transition yet let past that point? I wouldn’t go jumping the gun to fast
