Now in seedling though. That light should be on the ceiling at 10%?
About to get to the house and mess with this light before lights go out.

Seedlings 5-10k lux
Veg 15-40k lux 18/6
Flower 45-65k lux 12/12

Always start at the low end and slowly work up 3-5k every few days to a week paying attention to plant response as this is only a rough guide.

You will find they kinda grow into the intensity and adjustments are not as frequent as you think

Light height ???
Seedling 24-36 inches
Veg 18- 24
And im not sure about flower.
I'm not sure if im right about the others either. Im asking really?? But figured i would give you what i though it was first.

Dude you cannot go by height unless you have a known source for par lux or other at thise heights. Height doesn't matter its intensity which is measured in ppfd or other

I can't answer that because I have no idea what the intensity is at those heights

Ok. Ok. Thats what you mean by that. I got you. Start at 12 inches at 100% and go from there

It's doesn't matter where you start just move the light to a height where you are getting good even coverage... probably around 18 inches. Then adjust the power like 10% 20% 30% etc until you reach about 20-25k lux

It's 30,000 lux at 12 inches at 100%
40,000 at 6 inches

So 13 inches 35k peak.

I think that phone sensor is a bit off. Go old-school. Set it to 20inches full power and see how the plants respond after a day or 2. But leave it there don't flip flop so you can get an idea. I can't find any par map info on that light

Ok. Ill do it. If it helps me figure this thing out. I should have my oscillating fan going right? Or just my intake and exhaust?
