Don't do what I am doing just because I am doing it. Especially with something as stressful and potentially detrimental as this. I am only doing this because I'm highly experienced at doing really dumb shit. But I've done this before, and I understand somewhat the variables that make this technique highly productive. Just do your research if you try and pull off some shit like this.

Looks crazy wrong doesnt it.

There are a few theories as to why this works in a fast growing system, and I believe it has a lot to do with building a big plant with a big root mass, and then reducing the above ground plant matter so that what little is left, now has a very large and highly efficient root structure to feed its new growth.
From here I won't be pruning any nodes, just letting it rip. In about 3 weeks ill strip leaves again.

Is this method stressful? Fuck yes. You need to dim lights for a day or so and play them nice music.
Can they take it? Yes they can, and they will be better off for it in 3 weeks time. But again, this is something I would only try in a fast system like hydroponics, with a bit of practice and confidence with the system first.

Haha bro you are on a new level. I have no....absolutely no doubt your doing what's right for your grow.

Those ladies are prob not gonna be passed off for more than an hr maybe 2 tops then right back into the jungle mode.

It's amazing the shit you can pull off when you have a good healthy start and maintain very healthy plants in an extremely fast growing system. Which is a challenge in itself that I don't think most who have not can fully appreciate how dialed in things need to be and how fast things can go sideways.

It really shows how skilled you are at reading the plants and the confidence you have in how far you can push them. Not to mention the ability and knowledge of how to deal with all the variables when doing so.

Just an absolute testament to how extremely accomplished and knowledgeable you are brother.

More than impressive to me and I can't say enough about how beautiful it is to watch your grows.

Buddy, that means a lot coming from you. Thanks man, you're making me blush over here.

I must say this is growshed 2.0 for sure, and I'm finding that running the shed once a year is a lot more fun than running it perpetually, With the extra light and flat canopy it's really now expressing itself as the grow shed it was always meant to be and I'm truely enjoying this grow more than most in the past. I think the love going in will translate to the finished product. Really trying to do my homework for this one and apply as much modern crop science into my old antiquated shed system here as I can haha.

Nice @j1sonbrother!

I will say, I went this extra hard now, because this strain doesn't like to be pruned as hard when in flower. The wedding cake in it can cause the odd banana seed so I'm going to be cautious to not stress them too much in flower.

We do this in organics also, but in a less brutal fashion. We take 2 or 3 days to fully de-foil them. Less instant stress, same overall result. The only problem with doing this is if you have poor genetics, this will cause it to do something you weren't expecting. If you have stable genetics, there should be little if any negative effects.

Nice, that's likely the better way to go in organic for sure, slower over a few days like. Plants growing this fast though, nothing seems to phase them. I'll be surprised if this slows them down at all.

ill give them a week and its a jungle again #itsthemagictouch 😉
#isthemagictouch I'm thinking 4-5 days you would prob not know this was done. Don't mean to put @Dirtbag on the spot by inflating or overestimating but I'd be very surprised if in 4-5 days they haven't come back with shocking foliage for the time frame.

He's got em flying from my view and I'm 100% with the statement when you have them firing like that they don't feel pain, they laugh at abuse and come back with a vengeance especially the foliage at flip.

The 3 week still does but not as relentless.

It's scarey to think what he'd do with a dialed in co2 system 🤔 *wink* *wink * haha just busting balls but seriously a 20% increase to those growth rates and most ppl would have a very hard time believing him if they weren't watching.
