I have been using fem seeds for the past two years, I also pop reg seeds. I see no difference in the harvest, but I do see that some of the fem genetics are unstable and prone to herm. Give them optimum conditions but always keep a watchful eye.

I hate hermis one ruined my first grow! But I read if you pull all the balls revege you can turn her back female never tried sounds exhausting! So that is definitely a co bur I think I've learned alot so I'm confident I can do it without a hermies thank you for the heads up on that one!

100% of my grows are with Fems. Never autos, regs or clones. Yes, Fems can produce big yields and great smoke. No question about it.
I'm so excited for my next grow all feminized photoperiods it's my first go! I have no idea what kinds of seeds I've been using 😅 because I would buy the best shake from colorado dispensaries and I find seeds alot so I'm tiered of guessing on them! This grow has mostly 32% buds and up I'm hoping they come out amazing so far my best grow yet! The bad side is I don't know the father of those seeds, so it's rough guessing!

A lot of the hermies come because people flip before the plant reaches maturity, any rejuvination would result in a better chance of hermies. JMO
Wow that makes perfect sense growing to me is all about patience and knowledge I wait till I know it's time your plants will let you know! I think that's where I got a hermi from my first grow because I threw a plant in there when it was on bloom it wasn't ready now I know where I messed up!

I was under the impression feminized seeds were done buy spraying Gerbolic Acid on them.

I've never grown auto or femmed seeds. Clones or photo seeds is all I grow. More work but I just hate the idea I'm starting with a seed that's been chemically induced to express a particular genetic makeup. I get it's more work but I see it as just adding to my knowledge base.

Some Fems are very consistent with not much pheno variation. The pheno hunting was already done by a breeder. Often, there are only 2-3 phenos and all of them are good. Of course, it helps to start with good seeds from a reputable breeder.

I was reading about photoperiod seeds I think it's a definite chose for me so many pros autos have too many cons! Seed is way better go!!!
Guess I’m vague sometimes. Seeds have a taproot, clones do not. I feel seed plants grow more vigorous, and have more potential than the clone offspring. But that’s just one growers opinion.
Less consistency, more genetic variety. Pros and cons.
But reg seeds still best bet for best results. Start lots. Cull the males and the weak.

I read up on photoperiods I'm definitely going that way! Autos seem not so great for what I'm trying to accomplish!
The only real con I see to photos is the extra time you need to take before being able to sex the plants. If you want to guarantee sex grow a female without putting it into flower and you can propagate cuts from it guaranteeing all female plants, rooted and ready to grow.

100% seeds out grow clones, thats my oppinion but i like how clones stack .if i had the room id grow regs no problem, its just the ease nd simplicity of growing fems.you can cut down on wasted time ,power and nutes too..

No doubt. Stacking out a room with clones for the weight and consistency will fill the most jars.
Just like the variety and vigorous growth from seed.
Such an amazing plant to be able to grow so many different ways.👌
