AKA monster cropping. I have done that too. Looking good Aqua!i cloned earlier in flower and was no different than in veg. But alot depends on the genetics some are easier to clone than others but it’s absolutely doable.

If you have uppotted them, heck yeahohhh Clones of the clone, I like it. Was wondering cause the clones I have in tent are growing like weeds. Can I just top them like normal to keep them from growing vertically?
Glad you think the mini-dehu might work in the tent. I don't mind having to change it often since it is so low capacity but it actually acts like you can use a drain tube so don't have to empty. Hopefully it can draw out some moisture. If it doesn't seem to work as I hope then I will just return it for a slightly larger one.
I'm with you on temps. It is rare that I exceed 80 now and would only be for very short periods. Mostly in the 75 are and 55ish RH when don't try. The dehu hopefully can get me 3-5% and that would allow me to use portable AC outside and dehu inside to see if can drop into better range. Want to "shock" these ladies by making them think the seasons are changing faster than they prepared for. Might not be right but it seems to make sense when I smoke enough
Hope you have a great weekend over there
I cloned them and then revegged. it takes less space if your limited and wanted a mother. Then you just cut clones from the mother aftet its done revegging which is usually around a month or a bit more in some casesAKA monster cropping. I have done that too. Looking good Aqua!
Actually that info is inaccurate and false it was from an older book from china or japan. The taproot will always grow straight down.Welcome aboard and yeah that Blueberry is finally beginning to reveal itself in week 5 of flower. Starting to see that she likely has highest chance of sporting some blueish hues here in weeks ahead. I am VERY excited for the medicinal properties of this strain and already am in works with someone who can help me properly extract for use as edibles like gummies.
As for sprouting, I have used both the Jiffy Pellets and Rapid Rooters, both of which then went into solo cups and then finally either 3, 5 or 7 gals. I HIGHLY recommend against doing this. In theiroy it makes much sense but the rooter/pellet will simply stay together while the soil around it falls to pieces, when you go to transplant. For me from here on out, I will soak for 12hr, paper towel till tap root is 1/4" and then straight to a clear solo cup inside a red one. For the soak I like to add half 3% h2o2 and half tap or RO. For the paper towels, be sure not to have more than 1 piece of paper towel on top. I didn't realize I was choking/suffocating my seedlings under too much paper towels until @CannaGranny advised. I had 9 out of 9 Purple Dragon Balls sprout but it was me that killed 1 playing doctor. Also I didn't realize that seedlings do not grow like I previously thought. When you plant tap root DOWN, it actually will grow back up before grows back down. So you are supposed to plant them tap root facing UP(see pic below). For your blueberry seedlings, is it possible the soil you planted in is too "hot"?
Ok perfect and that is exactly what I did. I have 2 clones growing that were cuttings from 7-10 days into flower and then I didn't want this Sunset Sherbert to get away so I took a cut at week 5 of flower.i cloned earlier in flower and was no different than in veg. Yup rooting shouldn’t be to hard, then its just the long wait for revegOk perfect and that is exactly what I did. I have 2 clones growing that were cuttings from 7-10 days into flower and then I didn't want this Sunset Sherbert to get away so I took a cut at week 5 of flower.
ok glad you mentioned and I deleted it. Dang hah I thought that was accurate but you can't believe everything you read. Thanks for pointing that outActually that info is inaccurate and false it was from an older book from china or japan. The taproot will always grow straight down.
Your not the first to post it, I’ve seen it on many sites. Orientation isn’t to important but the depth is very importantok glad you mentioned and I deleted it. Dang hah I thought that was accurate but you can't believe everything you read. Thanks for pointing that out
Roger that. I do have question about something you told someone a while back. It was to remove the cups that he had on 5g pot her placed seedlings directly into. Is the "damping" you referred to something that is related to lack of oxygen? Meaning would you still say no domes/cups if they were sprayed with water inside, had holes on top, and had flow of air above them?Your not the first to post it, I’ve seen it on many sites. Much like this grow i got crown rot… not due to o2 but rather high humidity at the based of the stem. When you cover a seedling you reduce its ability to transpire because the humidity will skyrocket and the air can hold no more water.Roger that. CG Close eyes/ears plz but WOW Fk yeah Aqua. You put that in a way that a pet rock could clearly understand. Pheww cause now I completely get it. Thanks so much and makes perfect senseMuch like this grow i got crown rot… not due to o2 but rather high humidity at the based of the stem. you need this with clones because you want to slow transpiration since the dont have roots and can only pull tiny amounts of water from the stem. With seedlings they have roots right from the start so no dome is needed and it will only cause humidity around the plant to become to high and stress the plant making it stressed and prone to infection in a sense. At 100% humidity the plant is unable to transpire.
basically a clones need a dome because it doesn’t have roots where a seedling does not. Once a clone has roots the dome should be removed immediately or atleast gradually depending if n the humidity of the room
Hey all. I germinated 2 seeds from 7 east strain is
Mustikkapiirkka Blue berry pie. I put them in 2 solo clear cups. these are regs so hopefully one of them is a female.
Gotdam she is a looker, great job bro! Something tells me a special plant like Chloe deserves her own tent, i see one tent one plant in your future lol. Fruity pepbbles sounds fricken awesome for vaping. What breeder is that blue sunset sherbert from?I'm not sure what you mean. I would never dare disturb the Princesses as they sleep. Sensei CG was clear when said lights out means exactly that. I've not seen said sleeping beauties as they dance but I have heard of such. I often wondered how they magically appear so different over night.
The smell of apple butter? That is borderline prison rule speak from where I'm from. Not everyone can make a cannacaramelapplebutterstreuselcake and shoot you from 2 miles away if you don't like it Happy to hear the change in seasons is welcomed. I am ready for sure. Been a unusually long monsoon season here so nice for RH and temps to drop naturally.
Go figure but this frikkin Blue Sunset Sherbert is the only strain I didn't clone and also do not have any more beans of, and is FOR SURE my favorite due to basically every factor I can quantify aside from it is a short plant. The smell is so ridiculously distinct that is very easy to describe. Get on a rooftop and dive into a massive pool filled with fruity pebbles. I'm in love with it. I almost want to kick the other 3 plants out of the tent Her name is Chloe Belle
Good luck on this grow!!! You gonna scrog it?Hey all. I germinated 2 seeds from 7 east strain is

yes i am going to try it this time. i haven't harvested last one yet it's getting close but once that's done. i can clean the tent up for the nest run. I appreciate all the help everyone's been giving me @Zombierider @PerfecTrader @Shaded_OneGood luck on this grow!!! You gonna scrog it?
looking good there.Hah maybe some day. She is a VERY short and stout grower. I would think Blue Sunset Sherbert(Sunset Sherbert x Purple Punch) is a very ideal plant for those with short tents. I have her elevated a good 8-10" off the ground just to get where she is. She is a Barney's Farm fem and although the Mimosa x Orange Punch smells OFF the charts identical to a Mimosa with extra OJ, the scent coming from the Sherbert is just to die for. I really like the smell of fruity pebbles and each sniff I almost fall back into a coma-like dream of floating in a sea of fruity pebbles. Tomorrow is 6 weeks through flower. Breeder says 59-63 but going to take that with grain of salt. She has the cutest large popcorn nugs in the tent for sure. So far so good and I am now just tryin to wrap my head around blumat installation lmao
