This was as of lastnight it still a tight but without knowing much I figured I could open it up a little and try to bring the bottom up and spread/grow outwards to get it out of a ball idk man prolly gonna make it worse lol

I agree not perfect but huge improvement. Getting the watering right will have her recovering.

I would even recommend removing some of that foliage. Especially the leaves touching your top soil.

EDIT: maybe not the best idea suggesting you to cut more things :p

I agree with shaded. If you can't prop them off the soil cut them off. I think it's a personal choice for most of the part but I believe diseases thrive on the top soil.

Hey, if you want them to stretch more think about adding a red led light. I bought a 4 pack of 4' red led strip lights cheap off amzon $35. In know we bugged Moe about it but you could add a small 30 w red lamp and help those girls stretch out a bit

roots need to grow for the plant to grow.. if it’s wet all the time the roots will not grow and the plant won’t grow, if watering repeated too many times it’ll stunt the plant or cause issues.. (your on the verge of causing issues)..
most importantly get your watering correct and leave them be..
