Coming through with more gold! Can you explain the top chart for me?
The top chart explains the availability of nutrient molecules at certain PH levels. You can use this to apply whatever nutrient molecule you want to uptake at a greater availability by manipulating the PH levels of your soil and nutrient solution. For example, lets say you want to increase the amount of phosphorous your plants can uptake. If you look at the chart this happens when the PH is around 7.1 - 7.4. You can raise the PH of your nutrient solution and water in the solution which should raise your soil PH. This will make Phosphorous more available to your plants and the intended result should occur.

The second chart shows you the ideal light intensity you want to expose your plants to at different stages of growth.

The third is a guide in determining how high you want to hang your light to be able to provide a targeted amount of light photons to your canopy depending on the growth stage your plants are in which sort of ties into the second chart.

I'll add in a VPD(Vapor Pressure Deficit) Chart just to twist your brain a little more! šŸ˜›

Stretch happens mostly in pre flower to flower. Don't worry about stretch at this stage. Growth is your main goal here. Of both root AND branch systems. Once your plants have reached 5 -6 node growth you can decide whether you want to train your plants for higher yield or just let her go and get what you

Freaking brilliant! I've downloaded a "diagnosis" chart, but didn't really now how to adjust from it. These will help tremendously!

More homework for you....

Get yourself some sticky yellow aphid traps and place a few around the plants. They'll catch most anything flying (like fungus gnats) around your plants and let you know if you have a bigger problem coming.

Also, do you have anything on hand in the case of pest infestation? I would order at least some Captain Jacks Deadbug, just to have it. If you want to know what it feels like to be helpless... Spot some bugs on your plants with no means to immediately deal with them. :)
How is that stuff(Cap Jacks)? I'm an Azamax guy myself but I've seen that in a few of my friends mix room inventories.

Every time I spray the girls I am amazed at the changes day by day. I filled in more soil today, will probably be posting more pics in the morning, lol!

So guys, just want to get everyone's opinion since I have been going crazy taking pics every day. I was thinking of just giving weekly picture updates. I think it would make this diary less cluttered, and it might stop me from constantly wanting to check on the plants, lol! Anyways, here is the last pictures until Wednesday. I figured that would make them 1 week old, and then from there update weekly or if problems arise. What do you think?

Thanks! We all have issues when growing but having the farm to fall back on for questions or concerns or even pre planning a grow is a awesome resource, great people here to help you along! Can’t wait to see your finished product!

Very nice! I grow in living soil and this run i did just like you with planting the seeds in the pot that they will grow until harvest in, just be careful not to overwater the pots until the plants has got a good root development, if you are in living soil you dont want it to be to dry either and go dorment :D
In the begining water the plant and later on water the pot!
Good luck šŸ‘Š

Thanks, I've been keeping an eye on watering, I think my wife is getting tired of me talk about how much or how little I have to give, lol!

Well good morning farmers! The girls are 1 week old officially today! Here are some quick pictures from this morning. I noticed a little more yellow, thinking it might be light or maybe my soil is too hot. I raised up the light 2 more clicks, I gave a couple sprays of water, and will give more when I get home from work. Going to add 2 tablespoons of raw unpasteurized honey to 3 liters, the pots are relatively light and time for another good watering. Any advice, or should I be concerned about the coloring? Thanks in advance!

Alright, so before the night is through, 1 last update. They were hungry/slash thirsty, pots were dry. I watered each plant about 1 liter of water mixed with 15ml coconut water and 2 tablespoons of raw honey. Literally by the time I got spraying (using a pump sprayer) I could see the color coming back. Freaking amazing! Do I sound like a proud papa? Mama even gave them a pep talk (totally serious)! Plan now will be to water every other day 1 liter per plant. Since it's mostly coco based it should help maintain being moist but not dry.
