2 confirmed f1 roadkills and there is dinstinct f1 variation in leaf form and structure..
these 2 are both I believe heavily fruit punch leaning and are the tallest in the room..First impressions I had them male forms...but this magical line never ceases to amaze me.the pheno to the right is the same oil rag orange acid pheno I have in flower..I will go on record and report the whole roadkill line is some of the best f1 hybrid forms I've ever seen on earth...and its consistently running through the entire line...

oh and sorry about the wallpaper...the wife spoke and I just said OK....🙂I wanted periwinkle blue but she wasn't having it...🤣

thankyou fella..much appreciated..its the age old blueprint I use when growing that never fails me.

and as if by clockwork..I have a 3rd confirmed female of 5 sown showing at 38 days

..very quick sexing under this 20/4 light schedule..and I have the honour of monitoring vegg node sex growth now without the fuss of running massive pots through flower to sex and waste soil and energy..I've adopted this 20/4 vegg sexing routine for 2 decades...stuff just works..lolol

and not another first for me but I've decided with the history and herm character of the cap junky to give to another garden who isn't as worried about checking for nuts mid flower on the lowers..the history in the dna is there and I saw it in how finicky it was growing..upon research while in vegg period I researched the breeder had an instance where a grower reported seeds..that was enough for me..I hold a 20 Yr record of not having herms because I check every particular before they go to flower and I'm keeping it that way...for that reason, the cap junky can threaten somebody else's garden..and tbf cookie crosses don't cut it for me...f1 roadkills hold way more providence...so there you have it..cap junky gone..and I'm glad!!!🙂

now flushing this ammonia based madness and she's just started growing apparently..🙂

a complete mini monster is birthing and the terp value across the rk are truly unbelievable...I'm glad someone actually did some homework..when this plant leaves earth I will salute her.🙂

and this process of growth and building I do is just plain biobizz soil and pH adj water..at this early growth stage in relatively hot soil, adding any nute formula at this 6 week stage would instantly cause leaf tip burn, which equates to a mild acidic shock to available roots.
all through vegg and this cycle of sexing I don't add any nute feeds,to anything..biobizz grow I only use in flower along with every other nute I've displayed in journal..not one nute formula in water enters that medium for over 2 months..the simplicity of a heated soil and balanced pH adj water is evident in what I'm showing you here.
and as I growth from dixy cup to 3ltr pot for sexing and 6ltr pot for growth to send to flower the first 5 weeks they are spray watered through a bottle rather than mass drenching soil and roots too early..this enables the alka seltzer fizz of oxygenated spray water to slowly permeate the soil surface and drench as slow as possible..I never water to run off at these early stages and especially after repot after I've done here today..
20230627 090756

...they will be left a few days after this repot before topping..which I normally only do once as I always check node development for any strange behaviour first but tbh I have no problems with this roadkill stock..extremely stable and throwing delightful f1 variance across the board.
I growth gradually when I grow plants..there's no rush in vegg period..you'll see the progress and witness nr hydro yields in soil hydro systems...but that is all within flower period where the final uppot gets a 25ltr with 6 ltr grow rocks combination that I will document here when the time arises.

the journal of intent entered into this thread title is meant with full authority and I will document the differences in potency within this f1 hybrid stock..and its stock with way more revelance to the canna genepool than this reported cap junky I just graciously gave to a freind, but thats a personal opinion born from the faith I have in my selection process..I don't get caught in the mass hybridised market of frosty flowers and descriptions,I go with real grower reports and normally from the breeder himself to gather insights to the highs....I'm dedicating my lifetime now in finding selections and stock based on my own research that is as close to both parents used in the cross in f1 form...f2 and above is highly inbred and character to nothing near the full potency of any flower..breeding offspring into offspring just creates these generic once a minute highs you see today and the old guard walk past it..the money men who sell stories need a check up because the seedbank market today is awash with inbred material with no historic value to anything...nothing invariably stays long term in f2 form and cats seem to roll the same dice over and over expecting the hits...it doesn't happen, and in the 30 Yr period I've seen f2 forms here in my garden, nothing stayed long enough to form a relation to..the only true form I've ever seen is f1 and it delivers outright potency if you select the right way..you have first hand forms in f1 stature that variate in closest form the actual parentage used..and in the poly hybrid market it can throw some serious genetical marvels...

You have made me a believer. I ph’d to 6.3. You just do it first, right?

how I set my water.

it is in journal but I'll report it again for you bud.

I draw 60 ltrs precisely of straight tap water (p.h 7.8 from tap source)and add to dustbin drum..I then syringe in 3ml of ph down which for this water equation returns me a value of 6.7..I go back once I test and see the reading again at 6.7 a few hours later then leave..I don't alter or add anything after that and I let that pH solution water bubble and aerate just like you are doing there..my plants have never shown me any problems because I use exacting amounts of water mixed with the pH down solution.. its a blueprint i set to my enviromental conditions and I never change..watering plants in biobizz soil is easy once you set your formula..I would imagine in soil 6.2/3 would be too acidic..other mediums I can't really comment on as I haven't adopted hydro/coco in 15 yrs maybe...plain biobizz soil with no added ammendments in vegg period and just knowing when to form the up pot procedure at the right time and it's plain soil and water for 2 months in vegg for me..dixy cup seedling is 2 weeks,up pot to 3ltr for sexing under 20/4 light schedule from 2 weeks to 6..and then up potting to 6ltr once sexed to further growth ready for her massive flower up pot of 25ltrs at roughly 10 weeks, every up pot is staged knowing when the soil depletes its nutrients, biobizz soil starts needing nutes at 4 weeks roughly from my research so you simply keep up potting gradually and positively don't use any nute branded or otherwise throughout the whole of vegg.

the power of charged aerated soil in ion charged aerated water is something to be seen..and I love showing this to the people.

...and this is why after 10 or 11 weeks in vegg under 2 300w envirolights (2nd light gets turned on at 6 weeks vegg to promote Bush growth ready for flower pot..
when flowertime arrives and that 6ltr female beauty starts life in the 25ltr,I completely transform the dynamics of the pot media and add a 4ltr hydro grow rock base for maximum airflow in specially designed hydro pots with xtra holes at bottom..I'm after as much air at the base..avoiding primarily over watering and choking roots..I then pot up with biobizz soil, add a cup of perlite and 2ltrs grow rocks is mixed into media with a single teaspoon of high grade batshit added to the formula..this flower up pot procedure happens about 5 days before flower period starts and I water sparingly into that 25ltr pot first time..maybe 2 ltrs no more...that spread in them 5 days gives me ample root mass to start flower and the bat guano is selectively measured as a single level teaspoon per 25 ltr pot mix.you eliminate nitrogen deficiency normally around 3 weeks in flower because the bat guano slow releases and gives ample feed to adopt plain soil and water first few weeks..i add nutes around week 3 onwards and that hasnt changed in years either.lol..this procedure I've been doing for decades now..the same routine..every single plant from every corner of the earth does the same thing..no deficiency no burn and the healthiest plants you'll probably ever see in your garden..🙂

and for me,plants move weight in these hydro soil formulas...in a few weeks watch this beast compare to most hydro forms you see..the power of that aerated 2inch thick pebble airstone grow rock at base of pot creates magic and vitality in growth that's a joy to watch day to day....🙂

20230628 005112

currently 54 days and flushing with a teaspoon of bat guano gently layered over pot surface and aerated and matured straight tap..which alters pH value but I use this procedure to turn the plant towards finish..the batguano on soil surface acts as its last feed and brings pH down just enough to keep the plant drinking..and its plain water flushes these last few weeks..the taste I haven't bettered on the end product adopting these techniques..this og kryptonite v2 thc saturation and terp value give me instruction now on why cannasuer went round whiting ppl with this stuff..its the highest grade kush dominant hybrid and in all honesty I've only ever come across anything remotely resembling this feature set and description, and that was the electric guitar soaring cerebral smash hit "kryptonite"...it has all the hallmarks.!!!

....now from the 5 f1 selected and sown,I've given the cap junky s1 and 2 f1 roadkills(both female)to another garden close by..I chose the 3 roadkill here as 2 of the 3 are highly dependent on looking fruit punch leaning which I never saw in the first 2 females I ran in flower..I may get an instance of seeing both parents used throughout these 3 in vegg...

the 5/5 fem ratio on these roadkills were sat under a 300w enviro from seed under a 20/4 light schedule with temps ranging 22-24 right up until sex..humidity remained locked at around the 60% mark..I have an exemplary record with fem ratios in my garden and I'm still not altogether gathering why but I will report it as the function of any old school grower worth an ounce of salt should do..these stabilising temps and humidity under the 20/4 high summer light schedule are I believe foundations in why fems turn up so often..I birth seeds with 4 hours darkness and in the wild that's virtually the heat of summer mid Juneish and maybe trying to mimic high summer to birth seeds has this instance where the embryo just acts on instinct directly from the light trigger that denotes high sun for long periods and produces this amazing fem rate...its something to do with the lighting but as I'm not technically or scientifically gifted in knowing what causes it,I just report it when I see it in hope it's somehow understood...
