Outdoor.

I have never seen such poor growing conditions as I have seen this year in VT! The plants have been soaked for most of their lives! Maybe 10 dry days all season. This season is a wash, literally!

MA over here. We struggling here too. The only saving grace with my In ground is my patch of land has a lot of sand so it drains pretty good. My vegetable garden took a huge hit and the PM and bud rot is a major issue this season. I made it to week 3 of flower and the bud rot has already started. VT is only an hour away so I can only imagine your troubles. Hopefully our bipolar weather system will chill out and the rest of the season will be favorable.

First time grower. Outdoor Potted plants in wisconsin.

all right! A Wisconsin outdoor grower! I have always said it was impossible to finish a plant in Wisconsin! I hope you make me eat those words! Nothing would make me happier than to chow down on them! Knock it out of the park, AC420! You might be the first one I’ve seen!

Went to harvest my auto afghan and saw this. It is all the way around the stem. I'm thinking this is not good. What do you all think?View attachment 2028814View attachment 2028815
Some type of fungus eating at the stock,
Try washing it down with a light bleach and water mix, you might. Be able to fight it off for a while or at least stop it from spreading

Would be interesting to see if you can fight it off successfully
I have been fighting for a month now and I'm tired. I'm harvesting the last of my autos.
Thought I'd avoid the rot by starting a few autos every two weeks starting in the greenhouse the beginning of May. So far, that strategy has not worked. I'm harvesting my last group and all, I repeat ALL of them had some level of bud rot. :(

I'm spending 2 hours each plant cutting and searching through every bud, washing then putting them in a dehydrator. They'll all be used in edibles so the smoke quality is not important to me, but man, this cutting up every bud is very annoying.

I'll blame it on the Canadian wildfires and crazy weather in Michigan.

Yea that bract is dead..there's still one on the other side on the broken one...hope it can still finish..lesson learned ..don't be so quick to smash a bug that you don't pay attention to whats around it
