How many times have you checked it over the last 12 hours?Cure jar was pretty stable for awhile but now I open it it goes down pretty fast and close it and it creeps up pretty fast

I am 80 miles east of the triangle down in the valley and it seems like things are two weeks ahead of schedule here! But probably six or seven weeks ago still. Can’t get in a hurry! You should check it out.Fuck man I left my curing jar open while I slept for 4 hours, it was in my tent with exhaust fan and fan on..just checked it and it was at 59 humidity, closed it back up ..is the cure done for or ruined
