Septoria, deficiency, neither, I don’t know?

Okay, that sounds like really good advice. I’m planning to allow for 16” of height between the 600hps and the canopy. With my setup, and accounting for a potential 3x, that means I should flip when they are 13.5” tall. That’s quite a bit less than I was hoping for but I’d rather regret flipping early than flipping late.

That will probably happen within a week I bet!

So okay, that sounds like a solid plan. There is maybe one other option which is to tie down the tops to tease out some more shoots to bring up. I could probably gain another week of veg and keep the height roughly the same?
Absolutely you can do that. I would. I do. Yes!

Hello there. Welcome to the Farm. We are here to help you any way we can and if we are outta our league on subjects we gladly admit it and someone that does have suggestions will typically chime in. It’s a wonderful source of resources!!!!! I have some ?’s for you please can you tell me what’s the EC of your well water in ppm and the ph. I’m an outdoor grower in soil and have been here for awhile and with very great success due to the help from my friends and a ton of reading. Your plants look great imo as far as your watering concerns go always read your plants wet dry cycles are key to happy plants never keep them moist at all times but don’t let them totally dry out either they love to be cycled just my thoughts take a look at some of my latest pics! My friends have been sooooo helpful!!!

Thank you Rooke! I didn’t have an EC meter until a week ago. My well water read 40ppm. I was expecting higher! Again it may end up turning out to be awesome, but I remain skeptical of the potential sodium content until I have it tested, which I will soon. Until then it’s RO water with calmag, which has some sulfur in it as well.

Just played with some LST. Does this look reasonable and effective? The far right plants leaves are pretty stacked on top of each other. I can undo this and wait if I’m jumping the gun..?

Hello that’s a very low reading compared to my well I’m at 180-200 ppm what’s the ph? I’m up at 7-7.5 ish and I use mega crop 2 part nutes and ph down to 6.3 to feed my plants. I never water in between feeds and I don’t use rain water Mother Nature folar feeds them just fine although not recommended with lights. I’ve never had my well water tested because it works great and they love it! And I stay maxed out During veg and flower @ 1250 ppm

1250 is my full strength target too but I haven’t gone that far yet. I played it a bit too safe. I either should have gone full strength from the first feeding or started feeding earlier. No major issues but they all seem like they could have used more than I’ve given them.

It’s my first grow but from what I gather, at least one of the parents of the cross is a super heavy feeder.

Give them a bit to get settled into their new pots then it’s your call whatever you’re comfortable with

Are these leaf margins cupping upwards potentially trying to tell me anything?
I delt with this almost my entire grow. I have some beautiful plants in their last week of flowering now. Pulled 460 grams out of an auto zkittles plant by seedsman. About to chop my purple lemon #2, mag landrace, 10th planet, and strawberry gorilla by fastbuds. they have all looked like that at some point.

The magnesium deficiency seems to have cleared up within less than 48 hours of transplanting. Happy plants!

Time is of the essence due to the limited height in the tent. A problem I’m sure all tent growers deal with. I’m thinking about removing some leaves to get the lower shoots to start growing as fast as possible. Maybe 3-5 leaves per plant. Good idea? Bad idea?

I think it has something to do with the rapid growth not to worry buddy! That’s just mho

It wouldn’t hurt none go for it .

yeah he was basically saying because we grow in pots we are self destructive. like wow. We are set out to ruin our own lives by growing in pots
……some people’s children man. 😂

This is what I’ve got going on today. My original plan was to focus on 6 main tops and figure in a 2x stretch. But, on the recommendation to safely plan for 3x, I’ve tied them down pretty aggressively to lengthen my potential veg time and will instead shoot for…I don’t maybe 16 tops or something like that. Does my work look good or too aggressive for some reason?
