It does come with a fine assort meant of wall candy. In run G 4500 with the SE 7000 and SE 3000 & SF 2000

That g series is a beast.
I had a few radical canopies under that baby.
Super light too hangs easy with no threat of falling. The umbilical is long too.
You can get that driver a good distance away from the light with ease.
This was se3000 and g4500 before the se7000
That bud looks phenomenal!

Well that sucks. I have an older model Spiderfarmer SF7000 in my 4x4. It is a quantum board style, 650 watt light with the removable ballast. At peak flower I can run her at 80% and it stays right around 82 degrees with the balast outside the tent. I've had nothing but super dense buds ever since I started using it and im pretty sure it has the older Samsung lm diodes.
Most likely the panel has LM201B’s, I do see the new current model has LM301B’s I have a few lights with the LM281B’s and they do excellent still, this new upgraded version SE3000 has the LM301H’s super excited to see how they do in flower

Luckily the heat is negligible off this ballast even at 70% exhaust only kicks on about once per half hour or so, plus winter temps cooling the lung room so it’s not a big deal, tent temp is hangin at 80f and set for 81, lung room temp around 66-67 (basement room and I shut off all heat ducts going in the room from the furnace, but leave the cold air returns open to pull any heat) once it gets a bit cooler out and gets into mid to low 30’s out I’ll get the wood stoves into action, that’ll drop the lung room temps another 4-5f, we have a finished basement but don’t heat it in winter the residual heat from the wood stove upstairs keeps the the basement around 68, upstairs will get up to mid to high 70’s off a a log or 2 once every 2-3 hours

If temps get down below 10f out I light the basement stove up too but I avoid it if I can so I don’t heat the lung room while I heat the basement living room and bedroom lol

Not sure if I was following along before but I am now. Nice setup and I love seeing a scrog. I grow using a scrog but it's slightly different than this approach.

Look forward to watching the action.

Thanks fam! I’m the same way, sucker for a good scrog lol, I see one and I gotta go look at it start to finish 🤣

Glad you’re here for the ride!

Clones of the kahunas have rooted and been potted kahuna 3 is 3 weeks into flower in the other tent, this kahuna 2 got opened up even more and tied down reorganized a few beaches depending on legnth and what positions they could fill, we’ll get this canopy nice and even and full of nice full heads and then we’ll flip and let them stretch through the 2nd layer 👊👊👊

Morning all! The @SpiderFarmerLED SE3000 is killin it in this 4x4 this girl is as happy as can be and just goin nuts in this net, she’s damn near ready for flip, but a bit longer! Few more lowers coming up level then we’ll let her fill in through stretch! 2nd net level is ready minus string, and have a new elastic net that will be used for 3rd level / top cola support 😁

Very nice scrog. Exciting to see a single plant under that screen. So many pack it full of plants and overgrow the scrog. It can quickly become a mess if ya don't keep numbers down.

This grow just screams experience and attention to detail. A scrog Iin the hands of someone who knows how to work it is makes for some happy n heavy harvests.

I no longer use the framed scrog approach and have swung over to these floater screens I've been using lately.

My last framed scrog I pulled the screen off at 3 weeks flower and let her finish freestanding. Why? I dunno. I was just curious.

Very nice! I agree an overdone scrog is a disaster waiting to happen, especially the reduced airflow, light penetration etc.

Beautiful roots great work

Happy Sunday all! It’s time for the weekly time lapse! The Kahuna is loving it under the @SpiderFarmerLED SE3000, giving fast, lush green growth. Very impressed with the light so far, we’re damn close to flip to flower, thinking we may be there by next weekend, we’ll see how the center finishes filling in and evening out and will make a decision at that point 😁

Morning all! Checkin out the kahuna and man is she happy, looking at flipping sometime this week for sure, maybe on Turkey Day! She’s lookin like she’s just about ready, she’s fillin in the openings quick so I’m confident she’ll fill the 2nd net but so I’ll let these go a few days then I’ll strip the lowers again, top dress and flip I think 😁

Lots done in the tent! Got her fully cleaned up underneath, tops have been rearranged, 2nd net strung up and put in place using 7.5” risers, can be adjusted to any height , 3rd layer stretch net put in (won’t be able to reach later will lower down as needed) @SpiderFarmerLED SE3000 flipped to 12/12 and bumped up to 85% time to see some magic!

Lights out day 1!

Looking good man! You certainly are prepared haha excited for this one!
I can’t wait, kahuna looks to be about a 2.5 - 3x stretcher based off the #3

Here it was at up pot and flip vs week 3 (today) she appears to have stopped stretching now

They look done. Ya may get a few more inches of bud growth later but they appear to be capped out. Usually by the end of week 3 most are done.

Looks good n healthy. Gonna be a big plant.

@joeerootz you using the SE 3000 in a 2x2 tent or a 3x3 tent. Just Wondering because I might upgrade to the SE 3000 if it will fit in my 2x2x5 spiderfarmer grow tent
For a 2x2 a viparspectra xs1500 pro would fit in there nicely as well and it's alot cheaper and y also get great results with.
Which are y currently using?

I wanta try growing it outdoors next year, but I'd like to know how long the flowering time is when you start seeing amber.
Southeast Mich. doesn't have a very long summer.
BTW, Happy Turkey Day!
