depinding on your temp around the dome the mats fuck shit up sometimes bro i would use oasis cubes score the sides of stem as well as 45 degree angle also stick in water class directly after cutting for the lil bit of time between cut and rooting gel

Right on for the tips mike! I think your right on the money with the dome temps. Even though the heating mat helped with some consistency it was still probably too cold around the dome itself and so temps became inconsistent. I only did the 45 degree angle cut and neglected to score the sides of the stem. I'll have to try that out next time for sure. Hmm I was thinking about trying rockwool next time, but I'll look into these oasis cubes as well.

Thanks a bunch brother. CJ is at EC 2.0-2.6 the early bloom. I will have to drop the base down as soon as I hit top booster followed by shooting powder.

why not fim and top to get a bunch of tops and even canopy whats the advantage to the screen instead of fimming /topping or combo to get the same result how many tops do you norm get per plant with a sog

Yeah the H&G line seems most appealing at the moment as I know for sure it will work in coco without a problem, from looking at my Dawg Raiderfan's grow.

But then again GTD's formula should be very good, and since shady is on it, and getting crazy results, I cannot go wrong.

Oh well I will sleep on the boosters and think tomorrow morning.

BTW how does one get free samples from nute companies. Perhaps that could be the deciding factor for me.

I FIM/LST/Supercrop, the screen is for support mainly, but also to slightly open up the canopy.

I never flower more than 6, so no SOG for me.

I am running 2 CJs in a 2.5x4.5 tent with a 600w HPS, no CO2. I really hope I can up the yield on this. I am still amazed by your yield on the CJ, I haven't seen any mofo beat that. Fucking Bad Ass dude.

GFH has very low stretch. Lets see how it turns out, it has great chances of being a keeper.

G Rom and Chemdog D both stretch a hefty bit, but as far as vegging goes I like G Rom more than Chemdog D, CD more lanky.

HT you're running a 10 week plant right? If so IMHO the Bud XL is suppose to be started 5-9 (they say 10 but I wouldn't go that far) Shooting Powder 7-9 (they say 10 but I wouldn't go that far), the Hydroplex 3-5, never heard of Top Shooter but you may want to try Bud Blood or Bud Ignitior for week 1 and Big Bud 2-6.

I just starting using Bud Blood and Big Bud at the suggestion of my hydro guy. I stopped using the Hydroplex and switched to the Big Bud.

The hydro dude also recc Bloom Final weeks 7-9. He says the Shooting Powder will make em fat but the BF will make em dense.

I have no proof of this just doing what the cat recc's he has years and a degree in horticulture. So I guess he knows something.

Quick Update

Casey Jones - Bloom Day 25 [PK boost started on Day 18]

Chemdog D, GFH, G Rom - Bloom Day 15 [PK boost started on Day 13]

For the early PK boost, I used a weak booster, Hydroplex Bloom Maximizer. Now that the flowering is initiated I am backing off the hydroplex a bit. As socachi said I will do the top booster around week 5-6. Then comes the shooting powder.
