So, the federal government denies medical use from cannabis yet owns patents on it and has studies that prove it's effective. Those are facts. So, based on your logic, they would acknowledge that it is a useful medicine and reschedule if stoners weren't paranoid, hateful, idiotic?
More or less I was being somewhat sarcastic about the unmarked envelopes. I don't have any facts to elude to that, but your whole analysis of the legality of cannabis is way different than mine.
I'm a mathematician/scientist by training and career choice, I don't fuck with conspiracies but sometimes the parallels are drawn before the testing concludes anything.

No i have no proof of bribes but you can bet they did it because they felt they had something to gain politically(at least)by doing it or they never would have done it,but lets go with your theory and say no gain was gotten,When they were sworn in as PUBLIC SERVANTS they promised to uphold the laws of the state/will of the people yet they directly stand in the way of enforcing said laws,why?Because morally they dont like it?Did we elect them to do whatever they want or what we want?Arent you the one trying to get a dispensary/collective going for veterans?Do you beleive you should be allowed to supply vets but no one else has a right to access medical marijuana?Do as i say not as i do,LOL.

However, Long Beach Police Department Deputy Chief William Blair, in a court declaration filed late last week, said that as of March 1, the LBPD has logged at least 170 calls for service directly linked to activities taking place in or near collective locations.
Of those incidents, 81 crime reports were taken, including 54 felonies and 27 misdemeanors, according to Blair."

"Although more recent accurate statistics have not yet been compiled, the City continues to experience significant serious criminal activity that can be directly related to the operation of storefront dispensaries. These crimes include, but are not limited to, illegal drug sales, armed robbery and burglaries," Blair wrote."


That's much more reasonable than jumping to the conclusion that they were paid to do it. :rolleyes:

I'd like to know how big of a square radius did they extract that number of calls from and if it legitimately had anything to do with a collective. Who the fuck goes to a collective and buys herb/meds and then burglarizes a store or performs an armed robbery after getting their meds from the collective. Did the perp committing the robbery or burglary within that neighborhood have a receipt for the pot club on them? Maybe they had drugs on them and that was enough to constitute it as warrant enough to place in this category...You don't know the facts, you know what they crapped out their mouth.
