That's the perfect size with that girl bro!! Great job. Looking like its gonna be some kill. Have you added anything to the soil mix or straight water..?
It was a soil mix concoction I made a while ago with a base of 707 then added kelp meal, rock phosphate, bone meal, blood meal, guanos, epsom, etc..and water a tea in before use. Filled that pot up maybe just over a 1/3 with that then 707 another 1/3. that way when grows for that short veg and flip/stretch I can add more "super soil" along with other top dressings.

The plant is fed weekly teas and guano at the end of the teas weeks 2,4,6 with humics and silica frass mashup. Overall really easy except for runs out of water fast from the smaller pot. I could see the same or less veg time in coco beds but way bigger buds.

Waayne- Damn son!! You just letting us know we need to step it up or what? lol. That top cola looks great, and from what i can tell from mine makes sense with the vert..assuming that top is in teh center of plant/lights. height was definitely my issue due to over veg and thats being addressed. Definitely keep me posted on teh alfalfa in the ACT's, cuz if that does help produce longer colas i will be adding to my tea regimen asap. had planned on adding it to next soil mix- do you add into soil or just ACT's? You always make me miss vert my friend!

Baba- 25-36? Shoot ill be working towards weight with 5-6 plants per myself. she tops and trains great and vegges fast. Should have 2ft bushes with 15-20+ tops soon enough. this round went in with around 12 tops per at 3.5ft or so.

ESER >> I liked the way smoketree's is getting his to stack so I've been manipulating my Cookies heavily in flower.........
I'm doing a 12 hours 45 minutes ON & 11 hours 15 minutes OFF light cycle in flower, and I usually stop adding alfalfa to my ACT when I initiate flowering but with the Cookies I wanted to give them more tricontanol later in flower.
I gave the Cookies alfalfa based ACT thru week 4 of flower,so I think we may be seeing the results of that manipulation,or this may be a different cut?

It looked like the Forum cut to me in veg and it roots clones in 3-4 days

But now in flower I'm not so sure which cut it is....?

True Grit>> I think I'm seeing the same phenomenon as you are with the flowers further back on the branch actually being larger than those near the end cola

Also I see no difference in size or density of the flowers that are geting130 watts per sq. ft. and the other GSC clones I have scrogged and have under about 90 watts of light....

I will say this, she's dense and frosty and she sure smells impressive in flower:)
Here's a pic of the main top at day 44 of the large LST'd tree style GSC clone under 130 watts per sq. ft. of HPS

Goo check nurseries. Youd be so surprised whats at a nursery or garden center sometimes. I sometimes prefer these to the normal hydro shop. Tricantinol is whats in alfalfa. Im looking into fpe (fermented plant extracts) and doing molasses and alfalfa in a bin for a while and seeing what the dilution ratio would be. Could be interesting. Theres a thread on fpe check it out.

Whats up Goo!

Guys I use GrowMore brand Alfalfa Meal,it's a 2-0-0 NPK
Soilmenders also has good Alfalfa meal,
I'd look at a regular nursery or Garden supply store ,they should have it with the other organic amendments.

I have no idea what fresh alfalfa would do in ACT....??hopefully someone will experiment and let us all know
I've always used alfalfa meal in my tea

Caregiverken>> I vegged the tree 8 weeks,LST'd it in mid veg
the Cookies vegged really fast and was a nice 4 foot by 4 foot bush when it went into flower
I LST'd it again when it went into the flower room
I was vegging under 1000 watt metal halides

True Grit >> I was reading a thread somewhere here on the Farm about triacontanol and Squiggly and someone were talking about the ill effects of using it in flower, some of the research I found on it stated the same thing so it may be a little risky using it in flower but I felt that on rock hard strains like Bubba or the Cookies that those colas would not be adversely affected......
I've played around using alfalfa based ACT all the way to week 6 on a 10 week Bubba and all was good ,but I would be hesitant to try it on a Sativa dominant strain with loose colas

EDIT:True Grit that pic is of the main top ,she took off after the last LST treatment and still dominated

Personally I really like using the flat and vert combination
I'm getting the best quality and yields out of my garden running this combination.
