Hi there I'm just after some advice on topping my plants, for example is it worth doing ? When to do it ? Will I get a better yield ? I've been watching videos so I can see how to do it, just I've never personally done it so it's a little bit daunting, so and advice or knowledge of this practise wud be greatly appreciated t.i.a
