I hope he has good luck with them.
You were up there in that snow storm?Made it out of the canyon. Actually made three trips in & out on wednesday. Took a few pics, but I'll have to wait until after my daughter's basketball game, to upload them.
I brought some of Indian Grandma's special salve, and a batch of brownies. My old friend doesn't smoke, but after his last visit to the ICU, he's been in constant pain. He rubbed the salve into his shoulder at 7 pm. By 7:30, he was snoring... And was still snoring at 8 am. He woke a little hazy, but pain free. The brownies were a last second thing, to assure I'd sleep through the night. I dissolved a tablespoon of RSO, (untested, from a less potent plant) into some coconut oil. I wasn't sure it was going to be worth packing along. Wow. The next night, I ate a 2"x4" piece, & he had a one inch square. This time we both slept for 12 hours. I woke up stoned, & he was F#cking cooked like a cake all day! He drove us home, (24 hours after the corner of brownie), 45 - 50 MPH max, and struggling. At one point the pickup slipped out of gear, and we rolled to a stop, before he figured out what went wrong.
I gave him the salve & the brownies to keep at camp. Next time he gets snowed in, or gets too stove up to move, he'll have some relief on hand.
it snowed on us, but not enough to worry about. You were up there in that snow storm?

For me, it's like a good night of sleep. I can live without it, but after a while, it begins to wear on me.My body wouldn't allow it these days, but you are truly living a fantasy. I know I said that before, and I remember what you said, but, damn, I'm sitting out here looking for work and looking at that and.. damn. I would SO much rather be on the back of a good horse.
Quite the life you have out there. I'm desperate for some country living. Keeping the dream alive, it'll happen some day.Other cool stuff... View attachment 666585
^Kinda cool spot to live. Not far from a natural spring.

Yes, he can. He carries both the dun & creme genes, called a "dunalino". This year we had lots of colorful babies.I've been wondering about your profile photo. So, it looks like he throws color pretty well, yeah? Buckskins and duns, probably a few palominos? I love working with babies. :)
