250 watts is the actual draw. Usually +/- like 5% I think.

it sounds good, and I may buy a smaller unit and test it, see what it can do. Right now, I really don't have a need for a light, my bulb will last about a year, I will be looking by then, if not, I buy another bulb, and wait another year.

I assume this for a prebuilt unit and not one of the DIY kits on Alibabba?

Not it wasnt for DIY kit, but costumized lights.

theres also a good thread on grasscity i will get the link to. theres literally no reason to tell anyone to avoid this supplier, they have a good reputation and have serviced the DIY LED crowd for years.

meanwell HLG drivers, and samsung diodes on a good quality PCB.. it is what it is, the parts speak for themselves.

These gentlemen have already gone through buying off this manufacture kingbright. Dealt with the sellers. Tried the lights. Made grow journals.
It's not a split decision.
I've been monitoring chinese quantum boards for a bit on various cannaforums. And the advice they always give.......head over to rollitup dot org and talk to the boys.

Here's the companies I have looked into to price LED or cob, to be honest, with the LED market, it is in shambles. I have poured over a lot of forums, just lurking and listening, here are ALL the places I have looked and even some of the parts for my own build. If the LED market was more reliable and honest, I wouldn't be bitching about them, I would be buying from them.

I do research when I look into something, and when I do research I don't rely on company plugs, aside from just the links I have presented, I also have many links that are raw science. I saved these links on the matter they are useful and give me insight. I built my own computer, I built it almost five years ago, I can play Fallout 4 on it without a hiccup. You would be amazed at how much I spent, even more so, the six month intensive research I did before I even assembled it. I have had my PC for so long I don't remember what is under the hood so to speak, it took me six months before I was willing to invest.

Problem is they all Lie.

Look at Fisherman Link, he even said they are "vouched for" at rollit, But advertising a 200 Lumen/Watt 301H chip (?)

First of the peak efficiency of 301H is about the same as LM301B , second lets say they advertise the "actual output",i can tell you the 301H will never be running 200, due to heat/driver etc. The actual output meassured is closer to 150-160. Basicly before you even buy, the manufacture doesnt know hes own product.

2nd: You dont buy 301H as they run a 6500K spectrum, which is far worse than the LM301B even if it can reach a 3% efficiency gain.

We use the 301B For this exact reason.
