I'm sorry @Dirtbag

I smoked all your buds when your back was turned.

🤣🤣🤣 Nice man. Looks good to my lungs!

Awe man! I've only been in the bathroom for like 46 minutes...

Beautiful sight! 8 days for these cuts to start showing roots. That's way better than the almost 3 weeks it took in rockwool.. Not sure what the issue was I had in wool but its easy enough to fix. Back to RR's for good lol. So much more straightforward, especially with these new trays I picked up that hold them upright. Almost game time..

Alright alright alright... Plucked the best 16 cuts from the tray, looks like I'm running 12 Platinum Cookies and 4 Dragon Cheese. The Dragon cheese cuts are just too nice to not use them all.. They rooted really fast and look super healthy. Plus I'm really enjoying the smoke at the moment. Different than anything I've had in a while.
I'll let these plants root into these 2x2" nursery pots for a week or so and make nice little rootballs before planting into the 1 gallon pots and letting it rip.

My father passed away last week so I had to make a trip back to Nova Scotia for a few days. Rest easy old man..

While I was away I left the plants in my sisters care... home now but so tired I havent bothered to go check on them. One thing I'll say about travelling during this pandemic, is the seat selection on the planes was unbeatable lol. I came home in a roughly 400 seater Boeing 787 with about 40 people on board. It was a bit surreal.. Never been on such a big plane that was so empty. Had a full row of 9 seats to myself hahaha. Got to pick which side of the plane I wanted to look out of and got some spectacular views of the Rocky mountains from 40 thousand feet. Not a cloud in the sky all the way from Toronto to Vancouver.

Thanks folks. It's been a rough couple years losing both my parents, losing a mentor who was like a second father to me, and having a couple really tough calls with my work on the Fire dept. It would be an understatement to say I'm a bit burned out.. but its life. I'm just along for the ride.

Plants are looking good. I might be going back on my monocrop plans though. A few of the 16 I meant to keep arent looking as good as some of the newer violator cuts so I think I'll run some VK by the door, so I can periodically flush them by hand seperate from the rest. It's high time to get this on..

My sincerest condolences to you for the loss of your father. My father has had quite a few health scares (heart problems, stroke etc.) in the last year or so, but I couldn't imagine life without him as a sounding board. You truly seem to have a beautiful attitude in regards to your father's passing. I'm sure that he is proud to be responsible for helping to raise someone such as yourself. Positive vibes...

Thanks gang, your comments mean a lot. I think my attitude is honestly just a beneficial biproduct of my experiences rather than something I had pre existing, and unfortunately was born out of experiencing a fair amount of trauma in the last few years. Being a first responder mentally takes its toll on a person and it has forced me to come to terms with matters of life and death. You can either let it consume you and become depressed and anxious, or just own it and wear those experiences on your sleeve out in the open like a badge of honor. Because you've been in the depths of it and come out the other side.

Anyway... big day planned today. I need to transplant the clones into their final pots today and also run a wash of extract. I'm getting low on hash, and that's no bueno. I'll update with a couple pics later on when I've got the room all setup.

I love those trays/containers. So neat and clean. My tent is not big enough.

I like these things a lot. They hold the rapid rooters perfectly and are really thick and smooth plastic, so easily reusable. I just like how secure it all is, I can pick up a tray of clones and not worry about anything falling over lol.

I just knocked over some cuttings in solo cups. When I turned to pick those up, I knocked over a few more in another group haha. Luckily they had all just been watered and they are all rooted, so no real harm done. Had me a little pissed until I just had to laugh anyway. I have a walk in closet for cuttings and seedlings, but when it is full, my work space is very confined. I might just go back to 4 inch pots and trays like we use in the greenhouse. Positive vibes...

I did my clones in 4” square pots his time and i have to say they are far more stable than the solo cups. But the new squared off solo cups are better than the old style.
