@MarsHydroLED , just pi$$ing folks off. Would be less antagonism if you didn't give your stuff away: seriously...!

Why don't you set a period (say 15th to 14th - 1 month) who ever posts the best posts, or most helpful or most knowledgeable or etc (in Your opinion) and announce just the nameyou choose!?!
Can ramp up announcement, so you still get your name everywhere but at least you wont be setting members against members...

Its just a bad way to do a good thing.

You are correct that there was no rule in place for people that round up people to join the thcfarmer and vote/like for their post to win a very generous giveaway. It was discussed prior to this, but I see there was no rule to prevent this. I also cant say others are not doing this either. Thanks for being honest about it also. Maybe we can figure something out in the future to prevent this, because its not fair to the people that enter the contest to let their post and pics to speak for themselves.

I used to be very active on another forum for vaping, making ejuice specifically, and there, when they did 'generous giveaways' they would limit entry and votes to existing established members, say month+ old, well before said contest would have began- to at least know they were folks in the community, and not only taking advantage of a good faith system. Also as i mentioned before, it is a little discouraging for new growers when it is a picture contest, because our best is 100% of the time someone elses worst, thus the guy with the 2liter bottle size colas and 6 other lights equally or higher spec, gets all the likes while the ones who actually NEED the equipment get left in the dust. Should just do something like "pick your favorite product by us and why" type comment for entry, then random.org for drawing based on comment #.
Thats just my $0.02 nobody asked for.

Thanks to @MarsHydroLED for the opportunity to enter such an awesome giveaway.
I started my first grow back in 2011/2012 in my closet to attempt and stop paying for bud that i have no idea what it actually is, where it came from, or what they put in it. I started in a DWC setup using MH/HPS lights to grow. Since then i had a few successful harvests, my last was in 2015. Currently I am One month into my first grow since 2015 using Coco Coir for the first time and unfortunately still having to use a MH light. The 3 smaller plants pictured are autoflowers and I really wanted to try and get a #MarsLED# before they started flowering due to the ridiculous heat the MH/HPS lights put off, and to also give my flowering plants a more appropriate light spectrum.

I first time grower using 2 mars 250sp in a 4x4 tent. Mainline cropping gelato and purple kush.
They in day 53 veg get ready to flip to veg today.

I know the buded out yet but happy with the lights and that I have keep them alive. Really impressed with mars lights.

I rag on MarsHydro all the time, but to bottom line it, I'd kill for 2 of those sp250s in my space all I got are ebazon crap. Still, your girls at loving 'em!

My first grow, 1 wedding cake and 1 northern light, using cheapest DIY possible NFT system? some parts are 3D printed, had to throw them aways, my design wernt soo good for a re-use but they worked out so far good enough (bucket broke, dripper coggled ) for me 7oz total at 62%humidity cure after 1 month :D. My second grow I tryed Coco water fed, and got half the result and good look, but still fine. Now I am moving soon and I cant wait to get a new setup going, I would love being Mars Hydro. Maybe it would bring me better yield :D . It would be top of the world, we sign the purchase of our new house on the 23rd ! Im definitly going back to hydro and I just subscribed to get some good info here and ask question ! Glad ive found out this thread but hey, I am more into the look for a 4x4 and probably 5x5 as i want to increase my production from 2 to 4 so this may be not suitable for me, i would throw in some money to upgrade if its possible :D Best luck to everyone else

I grew my first plant around 1972-73. It was about 3 feet tall when I remember my mom yelling "Hey! Someone's stealing your plant!". Some dumb kid in the neighborhood. So, I've been growing off and on for a long time....closing in on 50 years. Now my state is legal and I grow because I love the plant. I rarely smoke it, but my wife loves it. Been using HID for 20+ years now and would love to try Mars Hydro LEDs.

Well I just figured I'd post a picture got giggles. This will be my first attempt at growing indoors. I have thrown the random bag seed out doors over the years but wouldn't consider myself ever really growing.
It would be awesome to start off my first indoor grow with a cool new Tent and #marshydro LED.

These are some beans I got from a local buddy. I will he using these to start my indoor grow season.

Hey everyone, just posting a few more pics from my garden, I can really use that grow tent kit for a new indoor setup. Growing for 20 plus years as a hobby but now licensed to grow medical for my wife who suffers from fibromyalgia.

Little late to enter but i will take a coupon at the least. Thanks to the cool cats over at @MarsHydroLED for the 4/20 giveaway especially in these weird times we are all facing.
Currently I have a few plants that i am vegging and 1 auto flower that just started. I started to grow my own because it is fun to do in the first place and much more rewarding to smoke when you grew it yourself.
The addition of a #MarsLED to my current set up would be very beneficial and the ladies would greatly appreciate it!

As Itry to tell everyone, it's a good light. Just watch that edge of the reflector, it will cut.
