Late but on their way. A week before they move to the SCROG tent.

Last time I tried to tuck it looked like Willow ran through the garden with a stick in her mouth! 🤣

Let’s see a few pics or vid of a proper tucking. If I can swaddle a baby I can learn this. 👍

Looking good ladies! 👏
Catch up with you this evening, off to the range today. How tall is your scrog table and how tall are your plants?

Cool, thanks. I’ll measure the plants at lights on.

As for the table, what size would you like it to be? 😝 I have couplings and make extensions if/as needed.

At your pleasure madam. 🙇‍♂️👍

I’ll bop on after dinner and look around for ya. (Or whenever you tell me to. Can you tell I’m married. 😂)

Up on top of a mountain in WV on vacation, loving it
We are up here for our one year anniversary and we spent today all day hiking. We had so much fun, got to see a lot of local history, this bridge really is a marvel imo. They let people bungee jump here once a year on bridge day.

We are coming back up here in the summer to do some level 6 white water rafting... 8 hours down the river, going to be a hell of a work out

Say hello to Raven......she is 7, born on July 4th. She was the oldest cat at the shelter, and unfortunately declawed. She's not going outdoors, and sure, it will help the furniture but still.......

Anyway, she settled right in and is doing great. So far she's indifferent to a leaf, but I'm sure it's just a matter of time. ;)

On the grow front, things are going well, pretty much exactly how I thought, just slow, which is also how I thought it would go. I was surprised that even with the light about 5 feet above them, some of them just barely got burned. I also made the mistake of turning it from 20% to 60% when I thought it was at 40%. Still....5 feet above? Yeah, this light is powerful. So I of course lowered it to 40% but lowered the light to 4 feet above. I also had to give them a little feeding. We've been kinda laid out these past few days, we got our 2nd shingles shot, that made us feel like crap and delayed the transplanting. Still, better than getting shingles. So I'd say they're a few weeks behind from all the delays from day 1, but I expected as much. They'll accelerate now and I hope to flip by 4/20 ;). I'll post some pics in my journal soon. They're healthy, I have like 14 different varieties, and to my complete surprise, 4 out of 5 of the divine banana cuttings survived and rooted. All I did was put them in soil with a makeshift dome. I totally expected them to not make it, that's a huge win. So other than the fact that they're a few weeks behind, things are going just as I hoped.

Anyway.......presenting Raven....

What a pack of cute brats! Love love love ❤️ 💗

That kitty had a physical problem called cerebellar hypoplasia.
It is like cerebral palsy on steroids, it’s terribly disabling.

He was the absolute lovingest kitty ever! I miss him to this day.
So sorry. Didn’t know he’d passed. Though he was a new addition too.

Since we are on the kitty subject, and I’m taking a break for a few I have a story to share with ya’s.
About three weeks ago, I had two of my female cats spayed. One, my heart, the only indoor cat I have passed on seven days later. The other did fine but in the past five days had developed strange cold symptoms.
She is smashed or short faced like a Persian and that’s not unusual to see coughing or sneezing probs in them as their trachea is shorter than normal cats. She had never done that, but okay.
There is also a dreaded rhino virus among cats. It spreads like wildfire and a vets office is a good place to pick it up.
So I’m watching her, strange, no eye symptoms, no snotty nose, no one else is sick, she has no fever, yet she is coughing and sneezing and heaving a lot.
Yesterday evening when I got home from the range she was in the she shed with me and began to heave cough and repeatedly sneeze. I saw a hair ball in the corner of her mouth and grabbed it out. Thennnn the sneezing went crazy. I saw something come out her nose and go back in. I’m like wtf??? The whole time Im praying, please don’t let it be some alien creature or worm!
I asked the hubby to snag her and bring her to me, face first. I knew I needed both hands and to be able to see well. She sneezed it poked out. I missed it the first time, again she sneezes this time I grab it and proceed to pull a four inch long blade of grass out of her nose! WTAH! How did that even happen???
Not one cough nor sneeze since then. Nuts, just nuts.
Never a dull moment around here…never.

@CannaGranny

Is she normally a grass chewer? Sister had a big rag doll that did stuff like that and had to have it’s own pot of grass in the window.

It also chewed almost every plant leaf it could get to.

My first thought was gross a tapeworm.
Ugh.

Glad kitty is good.

Strangely I’m not hungry any more...

Wow, I swear I was freaking out while I read that story CG. I thought for sure it was some worm or whatever alien thingy, and was praying it wasn't. Thank goodness just grass, but yea...how the actual hell did that happen. So glad you took care of that and she is well now. Damn, I still can't wrap my head around it, and how it stayed in tact. Good on you for resolving the issue. My heart goes out to you for your loss.

Best to you.

Reupholstered the bench wifey loves. She wore through the leather top.

Made two additional rain barrels last fall. Just added the spigots. Out of stock locally until mid winter.

Pic went sideways but it’s the main floor chimney and ceiling. Not going to be a fun job this spring.

Just puttering around doing small chores. Going into the yard to enjoy 9* sunny weather. They promised a few inches of snow by late afternoon. 🤷‍♂️

Hope you all get a bit of sun today.
