I would find what the natural humidity levels are in there without it running. With a proper exhaust fan, there may not be a need for the dehumidifier right now. Keep it simple when possible.

Definitely don't have it blowing on the plants. You'll also want a high humidity environment for the clones. Is it possible to move them elsewhere and place a humidity dome over them? If you can exhaust the dehumidifier out of one of the tent ports, that would be ideal.

I use a few of the Spider Farmer 1000 lights as well. They work great in a 2x2 tent, you are using a much larger space though. My favorite fan is the AC Infinity Cloudline Series. What shape is your frame? Makes little difference for tarp size, but will make a big difference in your ease of use. Are you trying to give it a shade cloth or a light dep. black out tarp? Anything you need, the greenhouse / Agricultural community already have. Look to them for proper products.
