    Help with plant diagnosis please

Holy cow. My simplest answer is that I'm betting you have high Calcium or low PH. Do you check your PH? Do you have hard water, or is your soil amended with a lot of Ca for some reason? That's where I'd suggest you'd start anyhow. Good luck :)

Switching to Sealed Room Exp Growers HELP!

Stale air in this case is going to be air high in oxygen and low in carbon dioxide. If you have a CO2 supplement its moot. I would also consider taking the extra time and doing a good job hanging and taping panda. This way you can vapor seal-ish your room as well. You'll probably still...

    7-10-15 Gallon Pots

I did. I just figured that he'd want to be able to quantify the results he got between the different sizes. That way he could decide what's appropriate for his circumstances. Its true :D I saw one guy's op in his basement when it started to flood, as it did seasonally. Fortunately, his...

    7-10-15 Gallon Pots

See? I don't grow in soil. *shrug* The biggest containers I've grown single plants in are 4 and 5 gallon buckets (of water). I'm also not a big vegger, so in flowering mode, I would be very nervous about water circulation with 3-4 months of roots. Based on this, I was guessing that they would...

    7-10-15 Gallon Pots

Whether its worth it or not depends on your plants and your opinion of them. What do the roots look like at harvest? If they're even touching the sides or bottom, then a larger capacity is going to change their growth pattern. I don't do soil, but 30 days of veg in 7 gallons sounds tight to...

Is one 80 watt cfl and three 23 watt cfl's on one plant too much? Or too little??

What the hell is the point of growing dope if you can't smoke it and spew bizarre, nonsensical theories? O_o What if, like, we're all just, like, atoms in a giant molecule, and the universe is just a molecule in another universe of universes? Dude......Whoa....I just blew my own mind. XD

Is one 80 watt cfl and three 23 watt cfl's on one plant too much? Or too little??

I really couldn't tell you for sure, I haven't really followed LED technology. I suspect you'd do better with LEDs than with flos, but I seriously doubt you'd beat an HID per watt. Real quick, that's still a canopy, your just keeping it even, which is good. Both Absolutely, a 400w HPS will...

Is one 80 watt cfl and three 23 watt cfl's on one plant too much? Or too little??

Think of it this way. If I put you in a room positively drenched in photons of ultraviolet light, you still couldn't see a damn thing. The same principle follows for plants except they 'see' different spectrums. Incandescent lights have, what would seem to be, amazing lumen per watt ratios...

Is one 80 watt cfl and three 23 watt cfl's on one plant too much? Or too little??

I really don't think they did, I'm thinking you had either a heat differential or maybe a humidity issue which caused some kind of nutrient thing. CFLs don't have the radiant energy to photosaturate a fern, much less a pot plant. When you bleach chloroplasts, the growing tips will turn sort of...

    De-Leafing while flowering questions

I'm personally pro-pruning. It depends on your style too, though. I use a relatively dense planting pattern, a bit less than what would probably be considered a SoG. I'll take off nodes evenly from the bottom as they grow new ones on top, from rooted clone all the way through stretch...

Is one 80 watt cfl and three 23 watt cfl's on one plant too much? Or too little??

You sound like you're doing fine for a rookie, you're really thinking things out, and obviously reading up. That's awesome. So props to you. The answer is no, you can practically lay CFL's right on the plant with no issue. There is no way you're going to photosaturate with CFLs, its not...

    Removing Chloramines

Seriously, the post that GreenSpoon hooked up pointed out that any reducing agent will do it. This means any electron donor, that is to say, most of everything in your reservoir, will take care of chloromine on its own. Nothing else is required.
