First grow 1995ish. Brick weed seed. 5 gallon pails in a make shift cold frame in moms back yard. Best grow ever. I say that because those seeds we planted planted the seed in myself and my little brothers heart. Weve been im love with it ever since.

Im just doing rols pretty much now. My pot size is just too small for no till to work well imo. And smaller pot size allows me to look at more seed plants In my garden. @outwest

I had 2 sets of no till pots. The first set 1/3rd peat,compost and airation with coots nutrient mix from buildasoil. Thats the rough idea. Did really good for 3 rounds in 5 gal plastic pots. only topdresses with compost,ewc,all trimmed leaves and stems and straw. Made a new soil for 7 gallon...

Yeah i get very few inside and no damage done. They were causing quite a bit of speckling on my food crop. I was using neem, spinosad and homemade botanical sprays for aphids. Not sure if that chased them out or they left on theyre own

Yes leaf hoppers will tear up plants. They got my food garden good this year and a few made it inside.
