The new one is layer cake, a wedding cake and gmo cross. The transition from soil nutes to liquid nutes has never been smooth for me, so with this one I’m really going to try. I saw a little yellowing on some leaves so I started with the nutes. I gave it the starting dose it recommended on the grow bottle. 15ml, however I did 10ml pbp grow and 5ml pbp bloom with 2 ml hydro guard. I may be making it to complicated. So next time I’ll keep it simple. I should get used to it with just the grow and figure out one thing at a time like @MIMedGrower suggests. I will be giving it a little pro tek every couple waterings. And I use superthrive most the time when I transplant.

when I see some lack of luster or leaf thickness. Maybe a little fade. Or even white tips on lower leaves. I know it’s time to up pot or feed and the soil has become depleted of nutrients. Usually about 3 weeks after each transplant.

and I start with 5 ml pure blend pro grow and work up slow. 2.5 ml more each watering until the plants say it’s enough then I level off or even drop down a step.

best to always guess low.

thank you for checking it out and the clear process advice!

My little tent, shows clearly the lackluster. The monsters are hungry

I have 5 different clones here. Frosted lemons, peach ringz, sundae driver, layer cake, and the key lime that hasn’t properly reverted yet.

These ones got the MST(medium stress training) and a few more days recoup, till next watering probably, then into flower, another frosted lemons and sundae driver.

My plan is to mother the sundae driver and peach rings for sure, and maybe the layer cake.

Into flower, gotta make room, another frosted lemons and sundae driver. I need to transplant my other clones soon, they are getting root bound and need watering every day or so. I’m planning on mothering them for a while, I thought that I’m going to use bloom nutes only to try to keep them healthy but slower growing. Idk lol.

Clones turning to little trees, they dry out to fast, like the bottom is dry but the soil on top isn’t all the way, I moved the fan to above the lights blowing down instead if on the ground by the pots, think it’s drying out the roots

Flower tent, new ones are frosted lemons and sundae driver, older one is layer cake, the sundae driver and frosted lemons I pulled. I saw quite a few amber trichomes even though there were still clear trichs so I called them good enough, I will try to keep up on the feeding so it can grow the whole time without eating itself. I think if I make less mistakes along the way it might finish faster.

Other clones are looking a little better with some nute water, they really need bigger pots that are shallow and wide like a bonsai pot, my veg area is 2x2x3 with the light about 32” from the bottom, only have about 12-14” to work with.

I also want to try using just bloom so it has some grow juice but mostly will focus on root and charging up for flowering, if that’s a thing.

These are my 4 strains, the above plants. I want to mom them for a while at least, not sure about the layer cake but sounds decent. So running peach rings, frosted lemons, sundae driver, and layer cake now. One of each in flower except peach rings, probably should be my next run of clones.

They all sound delicious
Thank you! So far they have been pretty tasty, I’ll post some pics of the last stuff I pulled, frosted lemons and sundae driver, once it’s dried a bit more and I can trim it.

Musta been dragging out the flowering process with my inexperience, I bought the sundae driver and frosted lemons in november, Pulled them a week ago, beginning of April. They still weren’t done growing but they had quite a few amber trichomes. Think it’s because I didn’t give them what they needed to flourish. Idk going to try to stay on the new stuff.

The layer cake is already going faster than the previous stuff

Layer cake, getting bushy, didn’t stretch much, getting a feel for my small space. I need to put them into flower while they are small so I can keep them short, I let them veg for a few weeks, then train them short, bending all the branches down flat, I let them recover for a few days some times veg for a week or so then into flower.

This thing is growing super fast compared to the ones I let eat themselves. Go figure. Still stepping up the nutes, last time I did 6ml grow and 7ml bloom, this time I’ll up the grow to 8, turnin yellow still on some of the bigger leaves
