Some of my other trees popping their buds open and going for it!! I love spring in Humboldt County!!
The new one is layer cake, a wedding cake and gmo cross. The transition from soil nutes to liquid nutes has never been smooth for me, so with this one I’m really going to try. I saw a little yellowing on some leaves so I started with the nutes. I gave it the starting dose it recommended on the grow bottle. 15ml, however I did 10ml pbp grow and 5ml pbp bloom with 2 ml hydro guard. I may be making it to complicated. So next time I’ll keep it simple. I should get used to it with just the grow and figure out one thing at a time like @MIMedGrower suggests. I will be giving it a little pro tek every couple waterings. And I use superthrive most the time when I transplant.
when I see some lack of luster or leaf thickness. Maybe a little fade. Or even white tips on lower leaves. I know it’s time to up pot or feed and the soil has become depleted of nutrients. Usually about 3 weeks after each transplant.
and I start with 5 ml pure blend pro grow and work up slow. 2.5 ml more each watering until the plants say it’s enough then I level off or even drop down a step.
best to always guess low.
Thank you! So far they have been pretty tasty, I’ll post some pics of the last stuff I pulled, frosted lemons and sundae driver, once it’s dried a bit more and I can trim it.They all sound delicious
