yeah grown ups have to pay taxes haha.so all us indoor growers are destroying the earth eh.good luck in the triangle, might wanna open your mind a lil so you can actually find a job there. No
Ya I'll just continue to destroy the earth with indoor warehouse grows when "weed" is called weed because it it can grow anywhere. Also Oregon has a 60% TAX. Which is bull. And I think Colorado is 40%. Also bull.
California only makes you pay $15 per pound.
Not sure why you say that??.....A 15 light grow could easily produce the same as a large out door grow per year keeping you employed year round. But it sounds like you'd be more picky about who you work for than your employer.
Only people in the triangle with generations deep of experience, understand that indoor is a no go if you plan on doing quantity. It costs more and produces less .... So logically it is not Efficient.
Just saying I'm sure you are just as aware as I am that your lights are sucking up lots of power. And that outdoor is probably more of the earth friendly way to go.
I am very open. I also know that 90% of humboldt growers are outdoor growers and wouldn't even consider buying a light. I understand that and hope to be able to learn about outdoor gardening, since it is the preferred method.
I'll find a job. Don't worry folks.
If you think you are the majority of growers... You're beyond wrong. 75% of cannabis in THE WORLD comes out of the emerald triangle. So what's that tell you?you cant say both things at the same time. i know it feels good to confuse urself and other people but saying don't worry about me when ur in a critical situation is annoying. making people go numb during that time when they should be making decisions and thinking for themselves is repetitive and pointless.
i can speak for everyone on earth when i say outdoor is too stressful to grow for most people.
90% of ten people helped me make this post:smoking:
Seriously people. The history of how growers in the triangle operate is all about family. The man and woman whose love each other start a garden and try to find like minded people to share the love of the plant with. They take then in an show them their ways and in doing so build an unbreakable bond. These are how the growers three generations deep opperate.Sorry to offend you said in the above post indoor is ano go if you want to do quantity. And there are A LOT of indoor gardeners in the humboldt trinity mendo areas (more than 10%). You are right though it does cost more to produce less..but you left out that it is worth double also. And I assure you that way of life exists outside of the triangle also.
I was just trying to assist you in your endevours cause I employ a handful of ppl. And it's going to be hard to find steady employment. Especially for a couple there is a reason why romance in the work place is frowned upon and in our industry is a big risk. Having someone house you right off the bat is very hopeful as well I'd plan on staying off site till a relationship is obtained which could take months.
The state of California's mj tax status is very likely to change soon also so keep that in mind. But like you stated above I'm just the clown making assumptions... And why would you listen to me I just live and work in the industry your trying to pursue. Good luck
If you think you are the majority of growers... You're beyond wrong. 75% of cannabis in THE WORLD comes out of the emerald triangle. So what's that tell you?
It's tells you that if 75% of the growers in the world grow the same way then obviously outdoor is more common.
It's a well known fact that lights came after the 60's which is when cultivating became popular. So therefore you're outnumbered by outdoor growers because they have been around for longer.
The hippies. That's what's so different about people on here and people not on here..... A whole different way of life
show me a dep plant or auto plant that produce 10-15lbs and then show me a 10-15 lb outdoor plant grown and harvested any given month. Also nobody that sells 100 plus pounds a year cares what you paid or are willing to pay for an ounce once. Cause you don't control or know the marketAlso show me and indoor plant that is 15 feet high an can produce 10-15 pounds and I'll shut my mouth. But I can promise you won't find that. Because it's not possible.
Indoor also isn't worth twice as much.
I know the prices in California, Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona(I travel a lot)
And I wouldn't pay shit more than $180 an oz for indoor.
Also wouldn't pay more than $125 an oz for outdoor.
That's a $55 difference. Not twice as much. The actual is its a 1/4 more in value.... Not worth it. The extra cost only makes up for your 1,000$ a month power bill. It doesn't make your weed worth more.
