That’s funny. My sis and her husband live on a clean river. He is a hobbyist oyster farmer and also has some crab pots off his dock. He periodically pulls in some striped bass cruising the shallows. So we are always having grilled or fried oysters (and his are the mildest, most sublime I have ever tasted), plus crab cakes, etc. when we visit. You guys might change your minds after sampling some of his ersters.I can understand that, fish/seafood is definitely an acquired taste. I dont eat muscles or oysters cause yuck, but i eat most seafood, ive even had squid, very rubbery and not so tasty lol.
