Just remember that many of the upper courts are now packed................Yes, however there may be a case here because it talks about lies and misinformation. Regardless, when it comes to court, it's usually the one with the most money who wins.
Correct. Fox news has already been sued for providing false and misleading news. Their defense was its "entertainment"and freedom of speech...Doubt it will go anywhere, but it's about time! This crap is dangerous to the health of our country..However..free speech..etc etc.
