Nice shots dood. Im in. Looking forward to the show.
what ppm's you rocking bro? they look great but a little light green. og and og crosses really dig the extra n during the stretch. i bet they could handle 1200 ppm real easy. keep up the good work bro
im at 900 right now. i wasnt sure where they should be at so i played it safe lol thanx for the heads up!
when i rock a new strain i always try to feel her out. for example i am rocking the white urkle the first time this run, the tangerine pheno that my homie found in a 12 pqck from ogr. i started her out at about 1000 ppm in week 2 and it was healthy as shit then i kept creeping up 200ppm until i saw a little tip burn. if i recall correctly i think i pushed her to 1500 in week 5 and saw the first signs of tip burn. so now I know for next time to max her out at about 1400.
this is how you dial a strain in, well its how i do it. i will push her to her limits and see what she can handle and then for next time i know. i always take notes on every strain i run for reference as well.
if i was a betting man i would bet the deadheads can handle close to 16 or 1700 at peak flower. it is all preference however. i have read on numerous occasions by different growers that they never need to feed more then 1000ppm, but it would be my guess that they havent ever ran an og either
^ah, some good info. I never ran OG before, and now i'm running SFVOG and Deadhead.
Winta, my man...how much did the deadheads stretch? i'm sorting out when to flip my stadium, but i'm uncertain on how each strain will finish in regards to vertical space.
Word... Mr. GoodCat knows whats up... New strains are always best to start low and ramp up the PPM's. More N and CalMag when using RO during the stretch... I will generally use Grow and Bloom nutes during the first week of the flip. Day 14 of bloom and you should be a bit higher in PPM's based on how light that one pheno looks... I'd be rocking at least 5 ml/gal of CalMag and bump up the dosage on PBP Bloom by 1 ml/gal and then add 3 ml/gal of HammerHead for an overall target PPM of 1100 on the next feeding. I generally lower the PBP Bloom base nutes when using HammerHead during PK boosts in this same medium through Weeks 3, 5, 7, and 8 then final flush starting at the beginning of Wk 9 and harvest on or after Day 70 for 10 Wk strains... Hope this helps... :coolwhen i rock a new strain i always try to feel her out. for example i am rocking the white urkle the first time this run, the tangerine pheno that my homie found in a 12 pqck from ogr. i started her out at about 1000 ppm in week 2 and it was healthy as shit then i kept creeping up 200ppm until i saw a little tip burn. if i recall correctly i think i pushed her to 1500 in week 5 and saw the first signs of tip burn. so now I know for next time to max her out at about 1400.
