yes because we are not feeding it a lot of nutrients, just enough kinda thing.. im thinking give another feeding of 15-20 ml big bloom 5 ml wholly mackerel half small spoon flower fuel,
at least one more time..

Curious why you're tapering the feeding towards end of flower? I have my ideas but want to pick your brain if I'm wrong.

geez i hate when i get asked to explain things as i’m terrible at it! haha..
firstly i always try to follow this graph, if i know i’m growing a strain that will be longer than 8 weeks i’ll stretch out sections of the flowering time by a few days here and there..

as you see though as everything gets lower at the end she still needs at good bit of “K” along with everything else.. and just the simple fact the marijuana is an annual plant and knows death is coming.
you might notice your watering less also towards the end..
flowering cycle is all about her getting ready to produce seeds, so needs change and they don’t need as much intense light or high levels of food just the correct food and amount.. like in summer, very hot sunny days plants sucking up as much nitrogen as possible, growing huge than fall time, sun not so hot, spectrum changes, food changes, plant ain’t growing as much..

geez i know this is a mess and i’m not going back over it to fix, probably made it more confusing than answering your question.
i’m baked and need to smoke another..

Nope. Explained it perfectly. The chart you posted. Do you have it in another format that I can post? For some reason I downloaded the image on another post you had but the image format is Web something or other so it won't allow me to post it in that format. Weird.

That's how I try and explain it to people. Flowers are just vehicles for pollination and seeds to drop so that when springtime comes the breed continues on.

Is there a specific percentage of taper that you would suggest, say after week 6 which, in my experience, seems to be when most of the flower formation has already taken place?

yep for the most part.. maybe stretch it a bit longer as most strains are not done at 8 weeks..
k is still high at 6 weeks into 7, than drops fast
(8 week strain)..

my take on it is when the hours of light become 14 hours or less, so yes at flip..

afternoon everyone! here some pics from today, getting more yellow leaves and i think the buds got a little fatter. my soil meter is saying that the soil is dry so i think she might be feeding quicker might need to feed/ water in the next 2 or 3 days it seems.

Well, i just went and looked again and i think it might just be your lighting, cause at some angles the leaves domt look that yellow at all.

Pluck off the FULLY yellow leaves as they will drop soon anyways, and then lets see a picture of her.

Means the leaves are giving back the stored nutes. You want the soil feeding her. Now they will see why or what’s missing.

Since weed is an annual plant it has a finite life span. When the plant is in flower, depending on the stage of flowering, the leaves will yellow as the flowers approach maturity.
