Haha, no that's for real. This violator kush is honestly the kush I've been looking for for a long time, I just didnt know it. It's just extremely dank and pungent, Stinky skunky earthy kush. Easily better than my bubba cut I have to say. I'm lucky to have this strain in the arsenal now. But also the fact that it burns so cleanly with one light, right to the roach having been fed to the end.. kinda blows my mind.

I havent used 3 part in almost 15 years so someone else might be better to answer this as I'm not sure how the secondary nutrients break down. But just based on NPK something like 1.5 micro, 1 grow, 1 bloom would give a decent ratio. And I'd cut koolbloom all together. Are you running liquid or dry koolbloom?

liquid and I only do that as directed -50% = 2.5 mil /gal 1st week flower then 5mil from 4-weeks 7-8 weeks,thern water only til they;re done

Liquid has a way better ratio than dry. But still I'd recommend trying it on one plant as an experiment, reduce the P and cut out koolbloom for just 1 plant. I think you'll be surprised.

I have 2 KC39 both now 1 week into flower, I'll try it from here on out on one of them. I'll post the pics as I go, I liked the results I got on my last grow with the Kool bloom for density and size compared to without it but my ash is nothing like you've shown. I don't smoke joints often mostly bong now but hey I gotta try that, I haven't been happy with some of my stuff that doesn't all seem to burn clean when I torch it.I have a perfect opportunity to test out this theory with 2 identical same size and age and I get to save on Kool bloom to boot lol.

Making sure I have this right 1.5 micro 1grow 1 bloom = at this stage of growth I give them 4.5/3/3 or 9/6/6 or 18/12/12 per gallon? I still don't quite get it I guess if I'm asking.

I'm not sure what it equates to, but I'd use that as a ratio to make a solution with 1.2 ec or so. Might take a bit of tinkering to figure out exactly how much of each you need to make that happen. But I'd also check the secondary nutrients to make sure you're still getting enough of everything.

I've only ever done this with one part nutrients, botanicare pbp grow to be specific. I tried it with floranova grow also and had awesome results in bloom, but foolishly dosed them with extra PK at the end which hurt the burn quality.

Tinkering? No no no man, I can't do me no tinkering, for sure I'll fk it up. I need a paint by numbers picture I don't do well without step by step instructions. I know not about making solutions with 1.2ec ( whatever that is) Remember I'm old now simple things are harder to grasp with my feeble old mind. lol

I'd like to do this, I still have time before the next feeding to go with your regiment but I'm lost on the amounts to provide my plants without a chart or the actual numbers as in 5ml G/5mlM/10ml B or what ever the numbers may be.With the GH flora the only way to cut back P is to eliminate Bloom because bloom is 0-5-4 and micro is 5-0-1 with grow being 2-1-6. I've got another couple of days before the next feed so If I can figure it out by then I can try this experiment. I'd sure like to get cleaner smoke.

I like the idea of the Lucas Formula but that Mel Franks has me giving far more nutes than I'd be comfortable with. Thanks for that info, I'll need to look at it for a bit to completely understand it but good info

Mainly for just breaking down PPM in the GH bottles. Answers the question of 5/5/5 vs 6/4/4 ect.

Day 5, no roots showing out the bottom yet, and growth is slow. But they are growing... Figure they should turn the corner any day now and really get going.

Ok, Took 6 days but I've got roots emerging from the bottom of the Hugo's and lots of new growth coming in up top.
I did start with less than beautiful clones so I'm not super surprised they lagged as long as they did. But now I need them to grow... lol.

Blocks are dry AF this morning, so I think at lights on theyll get their first proper irrigation. One way or another they will be flipped in a couple weeks, so I'm hoping for some speed vegging magic.

Im running low on PBP and really feeling it pinch my wallet lately, so I pulled the trigger and ordered some megacrop (version 2, 9-6-17) last week and it arrived today. I've wanted to switch to a cheap dry salt for a while and especially since going with hydroponics, and this looks like an amazing product. All amino acid chelated micro nutes which is good for a clean burn, low P, and enough Ca and Mg on it's own it seems.. And pennies on the dollar compared to Botanicare. Not that PBP isnt awesome, it is, it's just a bit too pricey for me.

I recall @MIMedGrower saying something bad about megacrop though and dont remember what it was about or why, anyone know? At least in Canada from what I can tell, it's the most complete and cost effective fertilizer on the market right now.

I said i didnt like the inclusion if every forum spammed ingredient. Seaweed, silica etc.

I wouldnt add that to my potting soil.

For hydro though if you dont mind the organic inputs hydro red over at rui and cp shows excellent results.

Honestly I hadn't considered the organic inputs, as I've read organic anything in hydro is bad. But I'm also seeing a lot of hydro growers using this stuff with apparent success. @Aqua Man comes to mind. Hopefully it's processed enough that it's not going to be an issue.
