Bruce Banner -

it's a solid plant to grow. Taller but not unmanageable, light eater topped out around 650 ppm. $83 in nutrients and some used rocks.
16.5 oz. I'll flower out the cuttings I made of this line.

T-SP #1 sprouted and took 2 clones from a bean nature gifted me. As soon as they had roots one started spending it's nights in flower and it's days in veg. Not the most efficient way to determine sex but it works. The clone that stayed in veg was topped to be a mother, just in case. I was about to call the sex when I read a fellow farmers "male in flower" post, decided to let this one go another few days to be sure. I do believe we have a female, but I'm wrong more often than I'm right.

Nice start, do you know the terps or how she smokes yet, the T-SP?

Hydroton is washed, dried, cleaned and ready. Total time cleaning 200 liters (8 5gal. buckets) was 4.5 hours. The last step after everything is dried is to remove the small non-visible roots. I stumbled on this part one day when I transferred rocks. The light was shining just right and it showed just how many of those small roots were there, seems they stick to the rocks when wet.

Masonry tray and the shop vac take care of all the roots, fines etc. Sounds crazy but look inside the shop vac when your done.

Warm weather is right around the corner so I decided to pass on flowering out the second crop of Trainwreck. For now I'm dropping down to 2 - 1k HID's

Gorilla Glue was harvested a few days ago rather quickly. I put down the camera and harvested the entire crop after I found the second bud in as many days looking like this. I've experienced Botrytis, Bud Rot, before and it's devastating to a crop. I'm probably wrong with my diagnosis so if some one can identify the culprit feel free. I use Dr. Zyme as my IPM but I got lazy this winter and missed a spray or 2.

Looks like the start of bud rot to me.
I'm thinking your correct @Chem77 . It's the hard black objects that can be seen in the last couple of pics that had me questioning. Thanks for the input.

It's been just about 6 weeks since the Amnesia Haze/GG mother plant crop was harvested and it's in the bag.

Just shy of 12 ounces from Amnesia and 3 from the Gorilla Glue mother plant. Didn't hit the lb. mark on this grow but it came a lot closer to it than I was expecting.

Gorilla Glue finally came out of the dryer. Had been hanging for just about 4 weeks and now it gets burped daily for about as long. This pheno drops some fairly dense nugs so there's no rush in getting it bagged.

One of the designs I tinkered with attempting to clone was the basic DIY Aero cloner. I'm sure most folks who have cloned have seen or used one of these. Simple to build, no doubt cheaper to buy but that takes the fun out of it.

Built and ran successfully one batch. I don't use it currently for one basic reason; the clones have to go somewhere else soon. I figure I might as well start and finish in the same place but this was one part of the learning process.

I guess the whole where are they going to go is the big question for me. I don't have a separate dedicated space where I can raise them. Next year I'm going to get a zippered up outside greenhouse thing and try it then. Meanwhile I can try using my air bubbler on a smaller Dr. Frankenstein scale. If you've included a picture of the pump, I didn't see it, but I'm guessing aquarium style? Appreciate seeing how a real pro does it correctly -- so much to learn on the farm!
