Minor mishap on the veg table.

The other day I pulled down the camera to bring home to swap out the standard lense for a wide-angle, apparently when I did that, I hit the power button on the strip that controls the pump timer.

The older plants were drooping badly.

The next round of clones were all good, but one. It was a straggler Raskal's OG, so it got yanked and a Chemdog #4 put in its place.

Camera (and pump power verified) is back up so that won't happen again.

Veg room looks good.

No, that's not rot, that discoloration is from Roots Excel.

Flower room is looking very good. pH controller is working well!

ppm's are down around 320ish, but I didn't top it up as the res gets flushed completely tomorrow.

Thanks Shady.

I'm pretty happy that things have turned the corner and straightened out on the right track.

I need to get a shot of that 'bad' branch that was there before, as its all but gone.

Veg UC room got a humidifier. RH was ~20%, it was inching towards the mid 40's after a few hours of running.

Flower Room 1 - complete res change.

Full flower nutes now, only took 300ml of A/B to get it up to where I wanted it. Added 100ml of Pure Flowers again and 100ml of RE.

5.9/620ppm (120ppm tap)

I will see where that settles out overnight. Doser is not hooked up to so I can see where it lands on its own.

Big Bud gets added next week.

Any one else experience a SERIOUS pH dip after running Down Under HF? It wasn't immediately after I added it, more like 2 days later.

When I came in to the room, pH was at 5.0. No, the doser didn't go whacky, as I had it disconnected for the past 2 days knowing I was going to flush today.

I was pretty merciless with the trimming today, have another few hours to go tomorrow...

I will get some under canopy shots when its complete, but pretty much anything that wasn't woody and going through the screen went away.

After they adjust to the hack job I will train them some more.

I'm thinking I should have went with the XXL's, if only for additional room between buckets so I could fit down between the rows...

They look very happy
I trim at least 1 time a week the first 21 days
I also give them a tap water bath in a seperate 5 gallon bucket when I flush the system. Seems to clean the roots up real nice and gets any crap out of them.
Keep it up your killing it

yeah, this is definitely the first 'hard' trim after the screen went in. I got a lot of the lower branches that would never make it to the screen initially in the first pass. Hope to have it done entirely tonight. Ran out of energy drinks and steam last night...

Now that they have settled in a bit and found their place in the screen, I'll go about cleaning the suckers up on the regular.

I can do the bath thing on the veg system, but once that screen is on in flower, they aren't moving.

No more vegging monsters! From the looks of the veg system last night, they will be ~18" - 22" by the time they are ready to go in to Room 2. That should give me enough room under the screen to work, but I won't have to hack full branches off that are the size of decent veg plants.

Just need to finish up room 2 now. I picked up 'Big Kahuna' reflectors for that room and these things are ~50# each. Having an issue with how I was going to do the lights. Steel cable! Problem is there are no studs in one wall, and I can't 'reliably' find ceiling joists, if they exist at all. <old building, who knows whats there..> I ~think~ I can go across the room vs lengthwise and tie a 2x4 support in to studs in those walls. I am planning on adding a steel rod down the length of both reflectors to hang them from, so pulleys/ratchets are only on the ends vs having 4 to adjust, as I can't really reach the inner ratchets once the screen goes on.

Thanks for the help with that TG. Definitely be hitting you up.

I will get it sorted.

Other changes...

Going to add in a faucet valve on the top-off line so refills go faster in the future. I don't want to drag hoses around if I don't have to. I think I would like to run a drain line to each room too, but need to figure out a good way to do that on a single line through all three rooms without 'backflow' to the other systems, I suppose just shut off valves...

I only give them the tap water bath in veg as well because of screens. 18"-22" is were I want mine as well. Pretty easy over grown shit with this system

Wall-to-wall goodness. Can't wait to see buds dominate the visual space.
