Last time they were out of happy frog, so I had 2 go with there ocean forest mix, i did not notice any difference in the way the plants grew, I like happy frog better I just think it's easier 2 work with, California Snow was born 2 day. SNOLEPERD Out

Day 42 I think, the plant is pigging out on nutes, it looks like the pistols r going 2 b oarnge or maybe yellow, plants health is fine, nice bud formation, plant has many side branches witch should bulk up niceley, I never go by what yield the seed co says, I grow landrace autos in my closets, truth b told the most bud I ever got off an auto was 47g ( Mdanzig sour spyder) any way just fed, here is a pic. California snow popped nicely, I never used Fast Buds but my seed bank offers 100per cent satisfaction, besides i got a 24 hour germanation, 36 hour pop, this is the first sativa Dom plant I grew in ages, right now she is under an led drop light with a couple side spots till she gets a little bigger. I fed her good yesterday, she's jacked to the 9s, great bud formation, whenever I put a plant 2 flower & get her under the uv there is allways one little flower that starts 2 go over pistols look 2 b oarnge or maybe yellow this plant is not tall but wide with great secondary branch formation, shure u get secondary branches on autos but since there time oriented plants they usaly don't add up 2 much, this plant exceeded my expectations in this situation, a fast but steady growth plant, beside snapping that branch, ( my fault stress training) witch is perfectly fine after my little fix up job, and some pruneing ( this plant handles pruneing fine) this plant has given me absolutely no bullshit rare 4 an auto. Berry white just arrived today snug in there breeders pack, never heard of this breeder, beans were not cheap, apparently this is some sort of a limited edition, if anybody's had experience with this breeder give me a heads up, oh I'm not worried I only use this bank, only had 1 problem in over 5 years, it was IMEDIETLEY rectified, I want 2 grow Early Miss but I grew her many times, I want as many strains under my belt as possible, so G3 is in flower, California Snow is just a baby, when California snow hits 30 days I'll start this project and if I'm not tempted 2 buy more seed stock, ( I want to grow gorilla glue #4 but they r out of stock ) maybe I'll get to Early Miss. I was welcoming a new grower and as far as pests he is using something I have never heard of, what I do is sometimes in ur mix you will get those little bugs, you know they are tiny little aphids, or fruit flys, or whatever they are, once my seedling pops and the dirt gets dry I sprinkle food grade DE Earth around the pot, it is 100per cent organic and not only will it kill off those little cocknockers, it will also give your plant a little calcium, I then hang a piece of brand new fly tape so I can see if anything is going on, I just did this with California snow, on my fly tape I counted 5 of those shitheels on my tape so yes there were a few bugs in the mix and no this is not uncommon, but by useing the DE Earth the problem was rectified before it began, what worries me is someone new useing some kind of pesticides 4 this common problem this is why again if you have pests use organic food grade DE Earth do not use poison remember that you are going to smoke ur final product don't kill urself. California snow has 2 genetic deformities on second set only 2 leaves, 3rd set fine, plant is growing at a slight angle 4 some reason, may bee she thinks she's the leaning tower of sno, G3 turning over fast my trichomes r milky but if u harvest early ur smoke will go straight 2 ur head, a late harvest when ur trichome s turn amber it hits ur body, I don't quite know when I'm going 2 harvest, it a 60 day auto, she was born on Halloween, she is now 54 days old, I do wish she frosted up a bit more pistols going over from yellow 2 red, I'm going 2 give her 1 more feed then probably harvest, may bee x mass day it's hard 2 tell but I do harvest late so the smoke goes to my body so I can relax and ease this terrible pain, every day I take my jewlers loupe and inspect my trichome s and as soon as I see amber I harvest,. A little concerned about California snow first set good, second set geneticley deformed each missing a leaf with one leaf multi collored, third set looks healthy but only has 3 leaves instead of 5, sets 1,3,5,7,9, ext, this is telling me the plant is unstable, problem with an unstable auto is it may grow into a viable plant but will not flower, there is a way 2 tell if you have a bunk auto, at the nodes you will see 2 vertical spikes, instead of 2 little balls with a v shaped pistol, I can usaly sex my autos at the 3rd node but since plant Is just starting it's 4th set still 2 early 2 tell.
