Okay, the reason why I do not like 'Organics':
Like I said previously, traditionally, organic simply means carbon based or containing carbon (the definition has been broadened recently to include hydrogen, like most organic compounds will contain hydrogen and oxygen, as well. Some text books will say that if it does not contain hydrogen, it is not organic. I was taught that it must contain a carbon-hydrogen bond to be considered organic, but that is opening-up a whole new can of worms that I'm not trying to get into... Yet.)
Lets pretend I am a nutrient company, as long as my shit contains carbon, I can market it as 'Organic'.
Here is where people are probably gonna get pissed-off at me:
So we all know that marine animals can contain high levels of mercury and other nasties, right? The further up the foodweb you go, the higher the concentration.
Have a look, here, see:
We use fish emulsions, bird shit, bat shit, all kinds of shit that contain high levels of mercury, cobalt, just all kinds of bad shit, to fertilize our plants. So you put that shit into your buds!!! It is what is used to grow your children's food! When you work your ass off to spend that extra amount of money to buy 'Organic' because you want them to be healthy and eat well. But it doesn't end there! The crops they grow for livestock aren't usually fertilized with the best of fertilizers. Do you know how much a mercury a fkn cow can accumulate?! I have no fkn idea, I'm not a farmer, lol, but I know that it is a lot. Anyways we use 'steer' shit to fertilize our herb. Blood meal, that high grade organic fertilizer? Yea, that's usually pigs blood. Bone meal, all that shit.
I digress, I prefer what some may call 'inorganic' or 'chemical' nutrients. By definition, pure water is a chemical! Inorganic simply means lacking carbon or carbon-hydrogen bonds. This shit is clean (if sourced properly), nitrogen is precipitated from the air, literally pulled from thin air, phosphorus is mined from underwater deposits and land deposits, potassium is mined from land deposits and shit. When they are extracting or collecting a very specific element, compound or molecule/substance, they extract specifically for that. Like, when they precipitate nitrogen, they are getting pretty pure shit. When they collect organics it is just like 'here is a pile of shit, lets put it in a bottle and call it organic. What's inside of it, you ask? Who the fk cares, it's organic, bitch. How dare you even question our healthy green movement, fk you! You must be a relative of the Bush family, you corporate cocksucker!' (Fkn California with its dumbass hipsters who like to talk about shit that don't understand or comprehend. I will literally say 'I do not know enough about the subject to form an opinion' when asked what i think about something i dont understand or am not knowlegeable in, I just don't feel comfortable trying to talk about shit I don't know about and prematurely forming an opinion, that is how you get exploited and used, when some dude gets you to form an opinion about shit you don't know about.)
'Organics' are the biggest marketing scheme of our generation and I suspect that it is to blame for the spike of autism and birth defects and shit. When I was a sophomore, I did a huge presentation on this and explained in fking detail for about an hour, all this shit. Everyone was like 'omg, that's so bad' and went back to playing WOW or Facebook or whatever the fk they were doing. Don't take my word for it, google this shit, do your own research, the evidence is out there. Organics aren't bad, they just need to be sourced properly, not by fking stoners who decide they want to open a nutrient company. If I hear one more time 'I just want to share my knowledge and teach people how we grow, the right way, organically.' I'll stab that mother fkr in the neck!
Or don't even listen to me, but the next time someone is like 'You used something that wasnt organic?!?' I'm gonna be like 'SO THE FK WHAT MOTHER FKR!!! Do you even know what that word means?!?!' And proceed to throat stabbing, lol.
End rant.
I won't lie, I use organics, lol. But I also use what some would call 'inorganic' or 'chemical' ferts/nutes. I know how to read a fking label, I wouldn't intentionally poison myself.
In the end, these are just some thoughts that formed in my head that I did research on and formed an opinion on. I could be wrong, do your research, find out for yourself, form your own opinion. I'm just some fkr on the Internet.
