Feds keep mum= they're breaking their own guidelines

The best thing in that article was the interactive graphic doing the state's evolution with legal pot. The slider at the top proves one thing; we've come a long way, baby!

Washington (CNN) -- The Justice Department said it won't challenge state laws that legalize marijuana and will focus federal enforcement on serious trafficking cases and keeping the drug away from children.

Attorney General Eric Holder, in a conference call Thursday morning, notified the governors of Colorado and Washington that the department, for now, will not seek to pre-empt those states' laws, which followed voters' approval of ballot measures that legalized recreational marijuana use.

Local law enforcement is helping , Sheriffs need to be there to make this a coop of cops, They're all in on this bust....

Obama's ( the commandor and chief) of this "5 star general", Attorney General Eric Holder, are in charge of this war on Drugs. Dont believe anything they say, we've been scammed on all issues,, its pretty obvious to me.

what I'm saying is ,,, I own a liquor store, license goes bad, I sell to a minor.... I get it ,,, I have to pay a fine for not being legit....

But I hate to see anyone in prison for growing, children going to social service, dogs being shot ,,, plants and facility destroyed,,, now themselves and employee's and owners homes are raided looking for child porn, counterfits, illegal prescipts in the cabinet, guns... raided... at dispense ....
dispence employees and owners homes raided to increase charges ,,, putting pressure on employees to try and get more snitching,,, and all this to inflate the amount of plants and decrease MMJ licenses in the name of a Drug War.

But if ignorance is the measurement of deserving your destruction of life and property then they deserve it. I myself tend lean to the ol way of thinking,

We're all in violation of Federal Marijuana laws so do we all deserve it?

What I say about this; if ya scared of court battles and prison and take plea deals or snitch than you're the guy who deserves it. Get out of the grow game if you're a pussy, and this directed at all growers who cast stones and then take plea's or snitch, be a man and prepare for prison if you play this game or put your faith in Obama's Promises,,,

Been on the phone for an hour calling Dispence owners and managers, none are at work, wonder why? Poor $10/hr bud tenders are at work. I thought the captains go down with the sinking ship and women and children and employees leave first... Maybe they went home to cut some plants down? just a complete speculative guess on my part.

I'm pretty much in agreement with ya Outwest. Not wanting to argue Fed trumping State laws and all that garbage.

Perception, what is legit to you and what is legit to me may vary slightly, but wouldnt you agree that- What is legit Marijuana growing to the DEA would differ greatly from our opinion of " WHAT IS LEGIT"? I'd think a DEA agent wouldnt find any grows legit. And then that would leave me left with the presumption that our leader are honest and truthful and not going to bother growers. I dont know bout you but I'm not paying much MMJ tax for my cannabis consumption, that will have to change in the eyes of our Gov Perception soon,. This is just the start of stopping non-taxed MMJ and non-taxed Rec cannabis as we're just on the brink of what is legit MMJ and MMJ raids, scary Gov tax collectors at work . You'll never get me to think those guys and what they're doing is cool. They come in and take your money, break lites, punch holes in the wall, shake plumbing loose and flood business and homes, tear up baby pics, drink energy drinks then pile your cloths and piss on you beloved belongings. Not even my enemies deserve this treatment even if there a little out of the legit category is all I'm saying.

Lino, taking a plea is not the same as being a snitch.... Apples n oranges, unless your plea is to snitch. None of us wanna see anyone jailed over such a wonderful plant.
Moses didnt come to his senses until he came across the burning bush....

Ya, your rite. I try to avoid those places, kinda like a whore house, might feel good but ya dont want get seen in those places. I did digital work for a cpl dispense and they been real hard to get a hold of when they own ya $$$... Had to laugh cause I knew of cpl managers and owners cutting down some plants after hearing bout DEA in town... It all bout being legit huh///?

cops might have your kids,,,nothing wrong with taking a plea.... But honor comes with NOT taking a plea in my crowd. Do not assume the fetal position! Stand and fight like a man and you walk beside me, take a plea and gather in my crowd of friends that follow me who submit to the prosecutor.

If your the fattest rat in the game, your a target, an easy one at that. I think vip is one of the largest in tha game, I could be mistaken though.
