I only did 4 green house grows. They are difficult because everyone thinks Oh green house cool. Well they create there own environment. Meaning 100 degrees on a sunny day in spring no problem. You almost have to run them like a tent and there are alot of other issues. The humidity can become a problem, sometimes the plants can get too much light. I ended up buying a product called alumishade to use at peak DLI times because the plants were having trouble with so much sunny. First time I ran a greenhouse it was OCT to JAN. and I got a few. Next one was like March to July, nice run. Next was July to like October and that one sucked, it just got too hot in the green house even with other 1 air change a minute. The last one was the best quality wise but it suffered in yield, it came out like indoor. But after about 16 months of taking tarps on and off every single day I had enough and tore it down. Green houses are not at easy as you thingOh wait.... it’d only be one grow per year. Maybe that’s the downside, which really isn’t if it’s just for yourself.
It's all good. Its part of her learning process. She's been disabled and out of work for about a year now. She wanted to learn so that she has something else at home to keep her busy. She's done exceptionally well until recently when I let her make more judgement calls on what the plant needs were.Hahaha that’s great. Oops! Well at least you solved the mystery lol
I'll second that ... I have one. Different part of the country. There's a lot to juggle... a whole slew of issues with no easy answers for an average homeowner's budget. I use my greenhouse now for garden starts and storage.I only did 4 green house grows. They are difficult because everyone thinks Oh green house cool. Well they create there own environment. The Terp Tea line is really good and I’ve been only top dressing with it. Some bloom at the beginning of flower and the pk bloom boost mid flower and have been getting great results.Jacks is good. I've not used it personally but people I know have. It's not expensive and it gives good results.
Actually, there are many that are good. I've used botanicare in previous grows. They have both an organic line and a "salts" line. I've used their organic. Inexpensive when compared to many of the others. Easy to use, and my buds had great flavor. I'm currently using Roots Organic Terp Teas and I'm loving the results so far. Botanicare is a 2 part, grow and bloom, but has other things like cal mag, and sweeteners, etc in other bottles. You don't need to buy every product in their line to have a successful grow. Roots Organics terp teas are dry amendments. They can be brewed as a tea or top dressed/mixed into the soil. Next grow, I'll top dress only and see how that goes.
I don’t think they are easy, quite the opposite actually...but I think there’s huge potential with the right setup..but not many could afford a setup for ideal perfection. Now, if only NASA could hook us up with some of their gadgets...then we’d be all set haha.I only did 4 green house grows. They are difficult because everyone thinks Oh green house cool. Yeah that’s great. It’s a fun thing to do and can be therapeutic. It’s also really cool just watching how they grow and what they do. Almost like they develop little plant personalities lol. I love it.It's all good. Its part of her learning process. She's been disabled and out of work for about a year now. She wanted to learn so that she has something else at home to keep her busy. Regardless
There's no shortage of buds in this house. We have the time she needs to learn her new hobby. Losing a few ounces over 10 plants to inexperience is no big deal.
I’ll need to learn more about dry amendments, top dressing and everything. Especially for coco. I wouldThe Terp Tea line is really good and I’ve been only top dressing with it. Some bloom at the beginning of flower and the pk bloom boost mid flower and have been getting great results.

Ike to stick with coco just because I like how it works, but then again watering once or twice a day will get old after a while when I have other things going on. So yeah maybe I should move to soil for the convenience. Decisions decisions.
Coco again? LOL Why?I’ll need to learn more about dry amendments, top dressing and everything. Especially for coco. I would

I like the idea of instant uptake of whatever you give it, grows faster too. Also I think soil would attract pests.Coco again? LOL Why?
Some might say I've been lucky but I have yet to attract pests in my indoor gardens. Soils purchased at big box retailers are by and large the biggest culprit in soil borne pests. The cheap stuff isn't pasteurized where soils along the line of FFOF and Lush are. If you spray an insecticide barrier around the outside of your tent, you won't have issues with insects moving in either.I like the idea of instant uptake of whatever you give it, grows faster too. Promix works good without the coco problems...I like the idea of instant uptake of whatever you give it, grows faster too. Also I think soil would attract pests.
That is pretty much a bummer. That knucklehead @Jakecan sold you on the Mantis nutrient line and there are clear indicators in these pictures the plant is lacking some nutrients. What a bummer for paying so much for a nutrient product.

I wonder how they get the Calcium Nitrate and Magnesium Sulfate to play nice together is a liquid 1 part nutrient line.
Here's a chart I found on the internet. Original source can be found here: https://www.smart-fertilizer.com/articles/fertilizer-solubility/That is pretty much a bummer. Guess I sorta took one for the team. Welp, now we know. But if this product DID work it would’ve been all I would use. I bet they were counting on tap water providing those elements and just left one out. That is pretty much a bummer.
