hahhaha no man.....when I was in the military I was a trainer for 4 years in my career field.....then once I got out , became a chef and you have to teach and show and explain everything a million times to the same people.....just got used to thorough explanation and all that....built into my character now I guess

You and Midwest are great help...wish you guys were my neighbors....lol wisher strikes me as like a professionalized middle age hippy....midwest reminds me of the nice guy from the hood...haha melting pot of friends and support.

multiply wet weight by 8-10% so 62 • .8-.10 then subtract total from original weight
dry weght can range from 75-90% loss of water loss....I like to figure the highest amount of loss and be stoked if it turns out a little less loss
