No it can only put out so much light over an area and that becomes more concentrated as the light is closer. You can easily hit 1000ppfd with a 10w cfl over a very small area. Watts are absolutely irrelevant

Here's a tape measure. Go see how many inches of light your plants have.

Put the tape away measure the intensity not the distance. I understand that's how things used to be done but it really is not a good practice in today's time and the tools available.

Push em if ya like I'd start at 20k and slowly increase 3-5k each few days to a week and watch.

No it’s in my closet but my tent will be here on Wednesday

Like I said, I don't see any light issues. But I will meet somewhere towards the middle. Set your light 4 inches higher and do nothing else to the plant. Lets see it again tomorrow.

That's probably about right... personally I feel to little light is a far less harmful place to start is all.. then slowly work up.
