Oh, wow, really!!?? Awesome!!! Thank you times a million for that erudite comment @Orcaman!!! Damn!!

I certainly can't take any credit for that though! Haha, I've barely done anything - It's all just the BC Kush Girls doin' what they was born to do!! What wonderful creatures!!

Aw, damn man, I am real excited now!!

Gave 'em a nice good watering just before lights off tonight.

Grow On!! Peace!!!

I'm loving the nice balance of bud sites in both plants. You should get a pretty good return!:)

They are filling up the tent now! I always love this stage in their life growing two to three inches a day. Have you done any defoliation yet? From your images it would be nice to see more light at floor level.:)
My wife was going through some old pictures on her computer and found an image of the first indoor plant we grew 10 years back. This is an unknown sativa that was supposed to be White Widow from an online breeder named Steven Long for $20.00. He has quite a reputation for selling the same seeds as 20 different varieties on his site. And it was quite the experience grow her because my bloom box then was made to grow three foot plants using a 250 watt sodium. I had to modify the ceiling to raise the light to maximum height and luckily I also had two feet of space under to box so I cut a hole in the box and dropped her down to the main floor to finish her taking 16 weeks in bloom. She was a great smoke!:)

Wow! @Orcaman that is quite a giant for your first indoor grow!! Wow!! That's wild! Haha, and you thought it was gonna be White Widow, Wow, that must've been wild to watch grow!!

I've only done a very tiny amount of defoliating, removing a yellowed leaf here and there, since I've been a little nervous doing it - But I do see what you mean about getting some light into the bottom there, I will work on that!! Thank you!! Peace!

......oh! I forgot to mention, another reason why I had been holding back on removing some of the bottom leaves was that I saw a couple growths that looked absolutely perfect for clones - but I didn't have anything set up to take clones yet!

So, actually, I decided to just run out and buy a 1/2 sized version of the T5s that I have, one with just 4 bulbs, so I could start some little girls vegging on the side while I've got the two Big Girls in the flowering tent.

This is my first time doing anything like this, so I have no idea if it'll work! I was so tempted though, when I saw these little shoots on the bottom of the plant under the rest of the canopy - If I can grow another one of these girls from just a clipping, that'd be awesome!! And I don't have to use any more of my seeds!

So, I'm trying out a little cloning experiment, and I'll be thrilled if even one of these girls roots in and is able to grow up into a full plant!

.......and we're getting to the end of the first week of flower now! Things are starting to get good!!

Grow On!! Peace!!

Alright, alright!!!!!! OK, OK!!!!!!!

.............While the big Blizzard Stella is starting to pick up steam into full power here in New England, it's still nice and cozy warm in the grow area, and today's Snow Day Update is a good one!!

So, the clones started looking very sad a couple hours after taking them and putting them in soil.........reasonable though since they now have no roots...........but after seeing them all wilted and droopy and sad, nearly lifeless, and I stuck in some supports and started reading about cloning more........I don't have any cloning gel, and didn't get any rock-wool cubes or humidity domes, but people say you could theoretically do it even without any fancy extras (tho w/a lower success rate), but I do have some of the GH RapidStart, so I used some of that on them........but the only other thing I noticed most people did was to cut the leaves in half or more than half so as to direct energy to making roots as opposed to the leaves and transpiration.........so, while I had some extra time today to gaze at the plants while "working from home" I snipped their leaves a good amount, and have been misting them every hour or so, so I'll let these girls continue on until they're totally dried up and brown dead, but I'm still looking to see if even just 1 of em will root in and survive! That would be awesome!!

And the Big Girls 1+2, BC Kush, have been liking their Dark - Know just what to do!!! It's instinctual!!! Those are some clear bud formations starting up!!!! Oh Boy oh boy!!!!!! Wow!!!!!

Grow On!! Peace!!!!

.........................guess I could mention this little guy too, I found a bagseed in some of my regular stuff, and just germinated it to see if it would, and it did, and I just threw it in a pot I had sitting around, threw a handful of FFOF ontop of the shit soil that was in there, and put the germinated seed in a peat plug - then I put it by the window and forgot about it, gave it a support after it flopped over and I noticed mites crawling all over it, so I put it outside on the enclosed porch in the sun.............then it got way too cold a few days ago, so I brought it back inside, but it's doing alright! Could be male, just a bag seed, and it's been growing for about a month now and is still this small, hahaha, maybe I'll stick it in the ground outside come spring............just an experiment...........

Get a 1 gl or biggier drinking bottle an cut the bottom and make holes on the cap, u can use that as a dome for your clones

Everything is looking great man. What is your humidity in the clone area?

.......good idea, @Chooster! I'll look around for some empty containers!

Thanks, @Eyegethi420!! Let's see, I just checked, and since I just exhaust the tent's air into the room (where the clones are) it's stays decent, 50% RH in the room, usually between 55-65% within the tent. I've been keeping the temp in the room close to 70 degrees F lights on, 66-67 degrees F lights off...........and the cutting of the leaves definitely seems to have helped, they look a little more life-y and have a little more strength in the stems..............and I'm keeping them real well misted and wet, and I'm keeping the T5s almost 2 feet above the tops of the plants...........so I'm hopeful now!! Even just 1! We'll See! Thanks All!! Peace!

Right on man..they looked like the where drooping a little bit in their last pic...if so chooster told you right about getting /making a humidity dome...looking great tho man

.......yeah, the clones are still looking pretty rough, and I haven't been able to find a good container to use for a humidity dome yet - I'll keep looking around though - and no harm in keeping them around until they're brown and dead! Even just to see what happens - an experiment. Still hoping for even just one to survive!

And Gosh! I've run out of room real quick in my tent these last couple weeks - thinking I should just use the tent for one plant at a time in the future, could probably get as big as the two if they were allowed to stretch out! We'll see how the yield is tho.............

Wow, these little buds here are really starting to show!! I went maybe a little too long before watering them this time, ha, but just did it tonight and they were real real dry and a little droopy, but gave em a good dose of some Bloom nutes too!

Grow On!! Peace!

.............................Actually! Regular zip-lock bags can be used for humidity domes, right? I cut little holes in the tops of em, but this should work! Alright, let's see if these cloney clones can Survive!! Grow On!! Peace!!

Thank you!! @Chooster & @Eyegethi420!!! You guys have been super helpful!!!

The zip-lock bags as humidity domes definitely put some life back into the clones!! They're standing up on their own again, so I took out the supports, and they're looking alive!! Awesome!! (I just took the bags off to give em a good spray down and take a pic)

And the buds are really starting to develop now too!!! WOWOWOWOWOWOW!!!!! I moved the lights up just about as far as they can go, so this is all the room you get girls, so quit stretching upwards and just focus on making those buds!!! Ha!

Grow On!! Peace!!!!!!!
