Please ignore the fact that these aren’t actually patties but balls. They are amazingly delicious and need a name. Cooling peppermint solid (not liquid) center covered in dark chocolate. I gave my neighbors four of the peppermint chocolate balls (they need a name) because otherwise I’d eat them all. It was pizza day here, too. Just a quick update. I changed my parameters for humidity on the T4 to let the humidity rise for better VPD numbers. Low and behold, sad sack plant is happier and so is everyone else. The temps are typically between 75 and 80 F, so I’m letting the RH drift as high as 70% (it’s been maxing out around 68%).
