Grow number two, making space

And so that is your normal feed when there is no deficiency. I’m not sure why I have 1.5 tsp written down unless it was for the full 2-gallon jug that I use. In any event, she clearly doesn’t like something but the rest (the others getting the Epsom salts)...

For now, I’ll flush her, back way off or altogether drop the Epsom salts for the next water or two.

No normal is 1 tsp per 5 gal. Or 1 gram per gal.

Look on the bright side better to know than to not know and have issues forever.

And it’s before I’ve done irreversible damage to the remaining 3. The af is getting chopped tonight. I’m not going to “fix” her in the next few days.

For sure way over and probably locked out Ca, which then reduced uptake of everything else. I learned the exact same lesson the hard way in my first couple years growing. Someone advised using a tsp per gallon and it fried my whole crop in under a week.

Some lessons suck worse than others.

Must have done an ok job if the kid comes out to the kitchen and says “it smells really strong out here.” And that’s an upgrade from “it smells really bad out here.” The remaining plants will get ph’d water only for the next watering or two until I can get a sense of where they are at. So far, they look fine. Now I’m going to smoke some scissor hash. I need pointers on how best to reclaim what’s on your gloves and snips. I froze them both to scrape off more easily. But the gloves are a mess to get stuff off. These buds are a lot heavier and more dense/tight than either of the other two plants I’ve grown so far.

If they did that they couldn’t charge you for another separate product.

One plant and it was salvageable. I’m not really complaining. I appreciate you all.

Looks like you did pretty well with her @amekins looks heavy and dense.

we all burn some tips or worse sometimes. I dont like additives like epsom salts unless those nutrients are missing from my base nutes. Best advice i think is to learn to feed just the base fertilizer until you are comfortable then add stuff if you want.

Nice! If you put the gloves into the freezer for half hr or so the resin will peel off quite easily. Inflating the frozen glove makes an easy job easier.

Thanks, MIMed. Yeah, I added it because of a very small deficiency with the indica plant and then just kept it in because “it’s hard to overdo/won’t hurt.”

I put both gloves and scissors in the freezer. Still had a hard time with the gloves, but it was also only one plant. But it was nice.

The other way to do it is like how they make charas. This is how i usualy do.. Once i get a little ball of scissor hash ill use that to collect the hash off my gloves by working it a bit to get the hash ball soft, then press it into the finger covered in resin hard, let it sit for a second and then pull if off swiftly, and the resin should come off the finger and stay with the hash ball. Like this;

That’s my goal next time. I think I didn’t work it enough to make it sticky but able to stick cohesively.
