My cheap moisture meter doesn't have percent. So, I look for it to be between the green and the red. There's the hand test, too. Just squeeze some in your hand. If it stays in a clump, it's okay. If it falls apart, add water. It just needs to be moist enough for the microbes to be happy.

Those r the two autoflower mimosa I have. Came from same pack. But look at the major difference. Why?
