I run the mufflers on my big can fans.

I don't think mufflers are gonna help.... This is 1700 cfm fan , 12" and I have 5 ..... i gotta rethink this ...way too loud

It's not gonna be soundproof, but the mufflers do work very well

Well the 12" is their loudest fan, they suck. I hate their 12", as it takes a $300 speed control to turn it down...
The 14" is half the noise of the 12". And the 10s are quieter then the 12s. The 10s and 14s draw the same amps, 2.1...

I have 9 big ass max fans...the mufflers make a huge difference...

It will make a huge difference, changes the tone and muffles the heck out of that jet engine sound.

Lol.... i want to take a moment to thank you all for helping. ..I'm feeling tired today, having to redo and come up with plan B's , a 5 bedroom 200 amp is a lot more work than a 3 bedroom 100 amp house,

Leaving the walls alone, or repainting?

What about the windows?

How are you going to make the bedroom doors light tight?

I'd def look into the ponder liner for that many rooms.

I'm going to leave walls as is, I have black plastic for windows, doors will be open when lights are on, closed when there off of course and I am looking at pond liners,
Today I drill 200 holes in hempy/homer buckets, do the windows and tomorrow will tackle the exhaust...
