No I haven’t used any CaMgDefoliar is a great answer here, its a big part of LST.
Air flow is required by plants for systemic regulation as well as to ward off infection and mold.
The leaves are a darker shade of green than normal, but no serious tip burn, so only slightly high on N.
The curling leaves are asking for Ca. Use a CaMg supplement if you are not already.

It would be beneficial to wait until the plant has a definitive structure.
Don't worry so much about sacrificing lower budsites during defoliar as after the initial stretch the lower sites will be in a poor situation to produce well anyway.

I don't see much indication of Ca or Mg deficiency, but I do recommend adding them to the plant's diet when getting close to flowering—especially Mg. What I do see as a possible problem is the yellowing of new growth on this plant. That could be nutrient lockout. How wet is the soil? It might benefit from drying out before the next watering.
It needs more of a dryback than the finger method.....Thanks guys for info and yes I have been monitoring the soil dampness letting the top 2 inches or so dry out before watering and will b purchasing some calmag to add to there diet
Yes they are 9 weeks since I put the seed in been keeping day temps with lights on about 78-79 and night temps 69-71 humidity has been kept around 55% and have 2 6” oscillating fans on at all times exhaust fan kick on when humidity hits 60%Something is missing if these plants are 9 weeks old.

They would usually be much larger.
Please include climate details with troubleshooting posts to make diagnosis easier.
ie. Temp/Humidity, air flow, climate control units, etc.
Perhaps your temps are lower than ideal.
As for trellis, it is usually best for many smaller plants [SOG] or a few very large plants [upper support].
For a first grow it may hinder your process as it makes it more difficult to access your plants.
If one or two plants get to a point of needing support staking can be a more forgiving option.

That rule needs to get tossed out.......
For instance.......growing in a 5 gallon bucket......
Sticking your finger in a 5 gallon bucket leaves 11 inches of possible saturation......

hey man just my opinion but i would not defoliate anymore on the top of the plant let that grow some , i would defoliate those big hand size leaves around the bottom so it could get some fresh air in there , but i would let the top grow a lil first before i removed anything .Gave her some cal-mag yesterday will see if that helpsView attachment 2110125
