Just fed them with 2ml per Litre of AN grow micro bloom, PH 5.8-6.0 & PPM's at 700. Also tested the PH of the runoff and it was an average of 6.0 on all 4 buckets.

Managed to get a good pic of the leaf tip browning, I also just noticed a few spots in the middle of some upper leaves, the exact same colour as the leaf tip browning here. Any idea what it is guys?

yes, it will work its way up the plant...those brown edges may not recover but I'd say to feed them more...

Whats the PPM of the runoff?

PPM's up with PH down = feed less nuts
PPM's down with with PH up or PH stays the same = feed more nutes
PPM stable with a rise in PH means you are good...

Your PH went up slightly...I'd say feed them more... I ran PH Perfect at 1200ppm in hempy's before, they were fine...I'd probably feed less now though...got a lot of foxtails...

Another group photo lol, Im amazed by the amount of growth compared to the pics from even just one week ago.

I intend flipping to 12/12 sometime in the next 10-14 days.

Some more boring veg pics for you guys, I had to move the LED to 20" away from the plants because they are growing so horizontally that I need it around 15"-20" just for the light to hit all the nodes.

Quick update guys, Im thinking of flipping to 12/12 on Friday, they will be exactly 5 weeks old by then. I was going to flip at 6 weeks but this strain has a long flowering period (10-12 weeks) and I need to get the grow finished as soon as possible.

Would I lose much yield by not giving it that extra weeks veg?

Its becoming apparent that my HY carbon filter is a piece of crap. Its masking maybe 65% of the smell. And thats me being generous.

Looks like Il now have to fork out about €80 (roughly $100) on the ona blocks to help mask the odour.

If its already letting smell through now I can only imagine what it will be like during flowering!

Hey awesome thread man... love hempy's and LED! I've smoked PowerPlant and PurePowerPlant many times and I noticed that if the trichs are left to go very amber the potency is dramatically increased. I have smoked PowerPlant that was harvested clear/cloudy and been very disapointed. Here are some pics of what i'm talking about. All the best in your grow!

Hey man, thanks for dropping in! Finally, somebody else that has grown PP! Nobody seems to grow this strain. Those are awesome pics man, my mouth is watering lmao.

How long did PP take to finish flowering for you man? And did you get crazy strong smell during veg too?

IMO you will have a few leaves crap out on ya from a bad day under the lights or a hot feed hell I have found if you PH in and out and you stay consistent with nute and water cycles, Things clear up I still obsess over shhhhhit. but as long as I stay on a good balanced PH my girls settle into a good place.
The nets on your pots you made to tie down the ladies look great and by the looks of the images they all look very healthy...

How tight is your tent? Is the fan sucking the sides of the tent in? If you don't have negative pressure then you won't have smell control...

@ Johnny my tents a piece of crap that is literally impossible to get airtight. Trust me though, its not smell leaking out of the tent, its the air coming through the ducting. So my carbon filter is shit.

@irishboiii what about DIYing another carbon filter (Google there's a bunch of info) and running another little fan into that just outside the tent to scrub the air a little extra?

Im crap at DIY stuff and have just spent a bunch of money on some ona blocks camdawg, I hope the ona blocks sort it out otherwise I can see myself having to chop them prematurely during flowering.
