morning all. some of my "fast flowering" strains are definitely preflower/flowering when i was giving them 14 hrs and bumped up to 15 hrs of light. all other normal flowering strains i have were fine with the light. trying to flip these ones to veg as fast as i can. so what i have done is: bigger pots, 19 hrs of light, lots of dry amendments with N, topped, pruned lower growth... i left the light on over night to confuse them a little maybe quick. these were supposed to be in the ground now anybody have other suggestions? or now just wait and hope they turn quick.. these both look so beautiful they need to figure it out ASAP

Skunk #1 fast (further along in flower, stretched hard, didnt catch it quick enough and bump up light)

white widow fast (didnt stretch as much and is probably closer to veg then the other strain)

Looks like you are doing everything you can do as far as trying to get them to reveg.
Anything under 14.5 hours can make them flower so dont be too rushed to get them outside next time.

thanks,

last year i started with 18 hrs and brought the hrs of light gradually down, trying a different method this year and working out the kinks haha. i just don't have the indoor capacity to hold such large plants and having them outside just makes life so much easier for myself

The only way around it to get them out earlier and not have them flower is germinate them later then you did.
A plant becomes sexually mature between 4 to 6 weeks. So if you start them later with that time frame in mind then they will do fine.
The other method is if you can add just 1 hour of supplemental lighting to them outdoors (like around midnight) it will keep them from flipping if the light is strong enough. However that doesnt work for us outlaw growes lol.

A buddy of mine germinates them april first and then plants them directly into 800 gallon grow bags and pulls off 5 pounds a plant still....

Yeah, at my lattitude, I have to have them at 15.5 hours daylight, to match sun at end of May. Would love to have them rockin 16/8 for a more vigorous veg start. This 15.5 hours is definitely a different animal than the usual indoor hours. My indoor for sure grows faster in veg. Not sure how to fix this issue.

Heya farmer! I’m doing the same light schedule this year I have my lights set for sunrise and sunset at the end of May. I hope to put them out right around then. They’re starting week 3 now just up potted 2 days ago and they are lovin it!

Hey all, hope everyone is doing well on this fine day! I'm new here so I thought I'd get started by sharing my current outdoor grow that I have going on. I am currently growing some unknown strains that I have acquired over last year, they are all mother plants. I've been doing a combination of LST and HST and I currently have about 11 females and some males that I might keep to breed but I'd guess that I have approximately 3 sativa's, 1 indica and the rest appear to be hybrids, let me know what you guys think!

Oh I hope not I've had that done it’s leaves you scratching your head why people steal , it’s just as easy as growing your own .... or is it . There are some people down here that are raiding peoples indoor grows and getting beaten up sent to hospital over it , I’m lucky I keep myself to myself not even my best friends know I grow . And I’m keeping it that way that’s why I have 2 big dogs and 8 foot fences jump the fence if you dare .... you will get bitten .
