Neem works the best in my experience, soap is better for other bugs that have soft tissue bodies, like whiteflies. I spray with both sometimes if I have to.
Yeah but there in flower I've heard neem is affecting taste.

Nah, that shit breaks down pretty fast man. What week are those plants on? If that picture was from the last few days they are fine to spray with neem, you don't have to spray around the buds like crazy. You could also spray the soil with it cuz they are down there too, If your tripping on the buds, lightly spray the leafs and spray the stems. Neem oil totally breaks down in about a month. I wonder if smoking spider mites will effect the flavor lol? Its just gona get worse when the res comes out more. I'd spray it now, the flowers won't grow right with an infestation. They'll start looking way healthier once the bugs are gone.

Been doing foliar compost teas?
Nope. Kept it super simple. 10 gallon fabric pots, bar harbor blend soil, earth worm castings, north country organics pro gro (5-4-3) for veg and then bone meal/kelp meal with high P K for flowering .... I do mix in a half gallon water 2 tbsp molasses the day after I ammend soil and water in. I'll get some pics up tonight

Honesty I have no clue what week they are in I planted them somewhere near the start of April maybe earlier.
I use ground coffee on the soil but im gonna look into that shit. First I have another problem to tackle I have to move them for a couple days.
They are renovating my apartment building,
and I cannot have them on the balcony. so I was thinking moving them to the bathroom while the guys work there.
I hope I don't stress them out.
After those stressful days I'm gonna look into neem.
I just hope they survive the sudden change from natural daylight to a normal lamp but it's my only option.

yeah if its no more then 3 days they'll be cool. I'm not sure where you are but they look like they should be further along, you got to be careful not to let them get any light at night from a porch light or window.

I had to cut a big colla off tonight as it had bud rot right in the middle 💔 I’m fighting shit from all angles now….everyone was sprayed with potassium bicarbonate today so hopefully that buys a little time
I'm in southeast mi and had to do the same. Whole plant (Fast Jack Herer)had a bad case of PM too so I mixed a bottle of H2O2 in a 2 gallon sprayer and used the whole thing on it. Looks much better now except the pistils are brown and flattened. Trichs aren't ready, so she has to endure a little longer.

Every soil grow can benefit from stepping up the mulch and companion crop game. I feel like these two things are time-tested, simple ways to exponentially improve your grow, and they're no-brainers, so you can't screw it up.
The mulch creates a fantastic barrier from frying your soil, and from all the exposed rotting garbage in your soil that attracts pests; it also retains and better distributes moisture (which prevents over AND under watering), and breaks down over time, feeding all the micro-beasties in the soil. Don't use cedar, or walnut, or your compost. The companion crops have different benefits, depending on what you choose, but will keep all the superhero insects around, assist the microbes in breaking down the nutes in the soil for the girls, and make for great mulch for future crops. It's a great way to make the living soil just get better and better, especially with a no-till method. I plan on using the borage companion crop and all the hemp stalk fiber from this year's outdoor harvest as my mulch for my indoor grows I'll be starting up. Win--win!!

I sprayed the same to fight WPM on one of the girls looked good for a couple days then it came back, hit with potassium bicarbonate came back mixed a richer solution last night and hit it again will check when I get home but that shit is tough🤦🏻‍♂️

So today I came home to find 3 collas on two plants with bud rot. At what point do you just call it and harvest?

We got a couple nice days coming, they go in the garage at night with fans on them, I could lollipop the shit out of them, basically strip everything but bud and sugar leaves????

Thoughts?

How long are you trying to hang on for?

Heavy defoliation will help you find if there's anymore that you missed and will help airflow so that's probably your best move

Also have close can you safely cut to bud rot and save stuff?
I always cut anything within a couple inches of area with rot.

If you are chopping in 10 days then yes I would go real heavy on defoliation ASAP.

Never heard of anybody to upset they harvested 95% of their grow by chopping a week "early" but I've heard some really upset when they lose 50% or more by holding on for a week too long.

I'm about a week or two away from the 2022 chop. Very little problems this year knock on wood. My HHH mother and clone are behind so I might have to chop them early depending on weather. They are roughly 3 weeks behind. Very little bud rot this year (again knock on wood) the day time temps will be in the low to mid 60s and the nights are dropping to the mid 40s to low 50s so I hope to get some fall colors.
