She could be done by the 10th June, just have to wait and see.
I like to cut the main stem and hang the plant upside down.
Next I remove every fan leaf and then I trim all the sugar leaves(cut about 20-30% off), I like the buds to look good but I want the maximum crop size, as they dry the sugar leaves pull in and the buds look great.
Temps and humidty is important, try and keep it something like 18c/45% upto 25c/60%.
You want to avoid low temps, high humidity(bud rot)and high temps/ low humidity(kills the quality)
You want the buds to dry slow over 4/5 days, them cut them off the stems, bag them up for 12 hours so they sweat and dry them out in a tray repeat for 2 days, then you can jar them up.
This is the most important stage, you don't want the buds wet or too dry.
